I won't buy from this company again. What a massive waste of $3000, I bought this hoping I could get around, instead it's almost out me in danger because of poor quality. The motor comes out while moving creating a wobble effective, be sure that you know it'll be on your company for having unrealistic expectations for your customers. I'm beyond disappointed. I had to leave the bike somewhere because it almost killed me. So yeah, there are no more pictures or videos I can give you that will make any of this worth it. You guys are a crap company and I'm going to never recommend this brand in the e bike community. So thanks for wasting $3000 of some one who can barely afford rent or food now because my only option of transportation was that bike from the money I sold my car from..so thanks a bunch 😤 They want you take take pictures and videos of unrealistic things. The motor screws come out regardless of how often you tighten them, the brakes are so massive you can't get a realistic picture or video. The motor grinds going up hill, the want me to take a video of this. Like, yeah, sure, let me pull my phone out while I'm riding up hill so you believe me. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET SOMETHING RELIABLE.
