I was hesitant in ordering because of some of the reviews; but I decided to go for it and glad I did! I live in the Midwest (Chicago suburbs), so this isn’t meant to be a winter coat. But I could easily wear this on chilly days, in the 30-40s, to run errands… I have other fuzzy fleece hoodies so I knew what kind of material I was expecting. It’s super soft. It comes vacuum-sealed. There was no odor. You have to shake it really good so the loose fuzz falls off. I used a steamer to get out the wrinkles and to set the lapel the way I like it. I’m about 5’3” with fairly broad shoulders 36B and wear size 4/27. Amazon sizing suggested that I get a small but I opted for the medium. I wanted a loose fit but not too oversized. I can easily wrap/overlap it closed. There’s good room under the pits - I don’t like it snug. I took pics to show with just a T-shirt under and with a sweatshirt added. I like the lining inside - it helps if you’re wearing a sweater/sweatshirt. Length for me is perfect - comes down just below my knees. Sleeves are nice and long. I think the pockets are good - not super deep but not too shallow. I ordered it in black too! Hope it’s as good! ... show more

Let me start off by saying I really like this coat. It’s soft, super comfy and my boyfriend loves snuggling up on me with it! It definitely is more of a showy coat to make any outfit look put together. It’s not gonna keep you warm in 0 degree weather or below. But it is perfect for a chilly 45 degree day in Seattle. My first thought was that the lining part looked really cheap and ugly. I was kind of expecting it to just be all fuzzy even on the inside. Based on the reviews some people had fuzzy on the inside and some had the lining like mine. So I’m giving it 1 star off for that cheap kind of look even though the jacket it’s self is not cheap. With 35$ I can find a BOMB way better quality coat at Ross or Marshall’s. But I’m not gonna return it because I still like it. Also, my coat doesn’t look as “wooly and thick” as in the picture. I noticed when some people washed and dried their coat it would change the texture to look more like the model picture. Mine didn’t change. It’s fine I guess but it’s false advertising. One other reason why I’m giving it a star down is although it fits true to size , I got medium but I am 5 7 and the sleeves could have been a little longer. The length came just above my knees and I wish it was a little longer. I don’t wanna go through the hassle of exchanging so I guess I will keep it but I would have been a full blown happy customer were the sleeves longer. I’m worried if I got large it would be too big. For reference I am 5 7 , 34c and 150 pounds. Medium fit true to size. If you are shorter, then the sleeves and length should be fine for you. So overall 4/5. Happy to have a cute coat for the winter tho ... show more

So before I talk about the coat, I want to address something that I have seen in some of the reviews: This Teddy Coat does not look like the product picture with the model. If you scroll down to the details, they look more like those. Now, they are “robe like” but that’s what they are suppose to be. They are plush like (like a stuffed animal or teddy bear), so I can see why people think it looks more like a robe, but it has a noticeable lapel and more structured than a robe. They are actually pretty well made and super soft for the price! This look is not for everyone, but if you keep your outfit minimal with some cute boots and fashionable crossbody bag, you can make it look chic. This is me show the lapel so you can see the collar and material in natural sunlight. The thing I recommend is to try it first dressed as you would, makeup done etc, and see if you like the look. If not you can always return it and if you do like it, just wash it before you use it because it sheds a little bit. I got a medium which fits right, but i think I should have gotten a Large to give it that “oversized “ look I was going for. I’m tall so it works out for me, but if you’re shorter, you might want to look for a shorter one. But honestly in the Maine cold, I feel all nice and cozy in it! I love it. I absolutely love this coat. Bought it twice in caramel, first one medium next was large. I’m 5’7 135lbs. Medium was good but like the large for oversized fit. Can wear with leggings and gym shoes or with jeans and boots. Very functional, pretty and warm coat. Overall, perfect coat!

I was looking for more of a cotton/fleece type of jacket but the "fleece" had more of a shine to it, similar to faux fur. The size was a little on the small end and in general was not very good quality. I ended up returning it.
