I was surprised when pull it out of the bag that the jacket was so bulky and thick . You may need to iron the inside lining if that kinda thing bothers you . But over all 10 plus. I bought the caramel color and was not disappointed. It's soft, comfortable, lined and has pockets. Very practical and pretty. I have long arms so the sleeves were a bit short for me but otherwise it fits just fine. I love this coat! It's so comfy and warm. I ordered the off white one. My daughter said it looks like a blanket. I added a scarf and that does help the look. The only down to it is it had a very weird smell but I hand washed it and it has no smell now.

I was pleasantly surprised this is very warm. No buttons but has pockets. I’m 5’8 154 pounds…and I feel I could have gone a size up to an XL. Very cute but not the thickest no real padding.

I wear a size mall in most things and this was perfect. I’m 5’2 so it falls in the mid lower leg area. I was needing one 20-30 degree weather and this is not it. It’s not as fuzzy as in the pictures. The inside is lined with something that wasn’t really warm. Because of this, I’m returning it.
