I've bought 2 of the ReIndoo T618 for a family member and it's a fantastic product especially for the price point it is at. Often times either the seller and/or Amazon also offer vouchers to further reduce the cost of the tablet. Before tax, my order was under $100. The tablet is fast and responsive and works well with 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz wi-fi routers (I did not use a GSM SIM card with this tablet but it does support this feature). My family member uses the tablet mostly for Youtube and some light web browsing. I had to replace the first one due to the battery accidentally getting overcharged and eventually failing. I bought a second tablet to replace the now defective one but I chose to repurchase instead of selecting a different company because I can tell from their support team's assistance that they do care about customer satisfaction and not just earning your money. Some reviews for this company suggest that the technical support does not assist in issues but I had excellent service from ReIndoo. First and foremost, read the MANUAL that comes with the tablet! It contains their support email. It is also only like 4 pages long. Regarding the first tablet that died, a 0.5 V / 3 Amp charger was accidentally used for some amount of time. ONLY use a 0.5 V / 2 Amp charger! The tablet does NOT support any mechanism to manage the current and the battery WILL overcharge (which will damage it). ReIndoo said they plan to change this at a later date but as of April 2024, the current model T618 cannot dampen the current. The battery life (when used with the correct charger) is pretty decent as well. For Youtube videos and light web browsing it can run for several hours without being plugged in to a constant power source. ... show more

I love this tablet. I used to be rather satisfied with it. Despite its low cost and impressive hardware specs, it has left me disappointed. It no longer connects to a mobile network, and I don’t know why. It’s not that old. I’ve tried many different SIM cards and services, but it simply won’t connect, except for emergency calls. Is it the tablet? I don’t know. The most recent update was in November 2022 for security. What’s worse, they offer lifetime customer service and a 5-year warranty, but it might take 5 years to figure out how to contact them. I have been unsuccessful and am really unhappy. I think the only option is to contact Amazon and let them handle it for me. Sigh. How disappointing. ... show more

I spent A LOT of time trying to decide on what I had hoped would be the perfect tablet for me as my current tablet was showing signs that it may be failing soon. I searched, compared, read reviews and finally decided this would be an excellent choice for me. I read a lot of Kindle books, listen to many Audible books, some music and search and do some shopping on line. All the specs sounded amazing to me! The one thing I could not find information about was the speakers. Upon receiving the tablet, I have found that it does have TWO Speakers on the bottom edge of the tablet. They seem to be more than efficient. Most likely, I would be pairing the tablet with a Bluetooth device. NOW, all that said, I WOULD HAVE given the device a 5 star rating, BUT... I was SO EXCITED when it arrived, I couldn't wait to hook up to wifi but I COULDN'T! Because it doesn't come with a SIM CARD! I didn't want to remove the card from my current tablet, I had plans for it as long as it continued to work. What a disappointment. 😮💨 I've ordered tablets in the past and never had this issue. I STILL don't see ANYWHERE in the product description or requirements that state one must provide our own sim card. Have I missed something? Sadly, I'll be returning the tablet. p.s. I can confirm, however, the tablet cover is quite nice! It's not super deluxe but it is by NO MEANS flimsy or cheap! I give a nice thumbs up for that!👍 ... show more
