Takes a little creativity to install, however once in great little unit. Pros: 1) Nice large display, easy to see. 2) Seems to work pretty well - note. I purchased the 2g/32G model for this reason 3) Logos and button colors easily changeable. 4) onboard and online Navigation 5) Wifi and Blue Tooth 6) Nice sound quality 7) Backup camera. 8) CAN'T beat the price CONS: 1) Some Modifications/creativity required for installation 2) Instruction manual is little lacking, vague, 3) Again, not much of users manual so you will pretty much have to figure out how to operate on your own.. No real online info on their website. But, they are pretty good with customer communication. 6) Older version of Android. Fine except for some things like screen mirroring etc not available with newer phones. Menu shows "upgrade Android" . However, does not allow you to select it. Overall, as I said, great little unit. The only caution I would have is to those who have never done an install or are not very Mechanically/technically inclined - get someone to help you. Check your OS first. My phone is an S21 (v12 OS) and is not compatible with this unit. But, all else considered... 4.5 stars - higher for compatible phones. PRO: - Acts like an Android Tablet, with a large touchscreen. - Hotspot/wifi (2.4g) is decent on the road. - Download any app from playstore - Fluidity in the menu and use of the full screen. - Able to have more than one active screen in the background for easy access. - Able to download navi maps - Wireless Bluetooth - Able to drive and have videos play, such as Youtube with good resolution, ideal for the passenger or kids in the back. - The price is excellent for the touchscreen and what it can do!!! CON: - Not able to update the unit from v10. - No Android Auto for OS v12 - Not compatible with 5g hotspot/wifi but 2.4g works well. - Online navigation lags. I use offline maps without issue. The Nav app I use allows to use of hotspot for traffic updates. - The recommended screenshare apps are not working. - System consistently has latency. Rule of thumb, keep it simple, don't push the unit's capacity to do more. ... show more

I am happy with this head unit, the price is right and it was somewhat easy to install into my 2019 Kia Soul base. I did not understand what other items I needed before I started. I had to order a wire harness,a dash kit, antenna adapter and some other odds and ends to do the job. You will have to use your head a little to figure out how to attach this unit into the exsisting opening but it is very nice looking now. I was not able to connect my existing reverse camera yet. I am taking it to someone today to get that figured out. I am 73 so the sound and visual are not as important as Google maps on a large screen and hands free calls. I do have a hot spot and use that to navigate without using my phone. I don't use much data because as soon as Google maps calculates the directions I turn off my HS device. Installed this in my 2012 f350, overall for the money it’s a good radio. Has a nice flat install and an OEM look. Touch screen works well, anything to do with internet is slow, otherwise most features operate at good speeds. Biggest dislike is the volume. You can adjust how high and how low it goes but not both. I find if you make it loud enough to hear with the windows down then it won’t go low enough to have playing in the background while talking to someone. I installed the carplay dongle with it and it works well and gives me real-time nav and the Bluetooth connects good. The mic is made into the head unit and people can’t hear me well with it so I still have to use my phone for talking. UPDATE* After using the radio for about 6 months I’ve had it crash a few times and erases everything and have to set all settings again. Areas that normally had good radio reception are poor and constantly get a static noise through the radio. Tried using a signal booster but it made no difference. CarPlay isn’t functional and lags horribly. I wouldn’t recommend this, I would recommend spending the money and getting a more quality unit. I’ve contacted the seller but trying to get a resolution other than a replacement of the same item their not helpful. ... show more

I have no idea how someone could even install.this stereo. The screen is not removable.so.you cant access the retaining screws. Had to return.

Great screen very responsive, as a custom car stereo system installer of more than 6 years the install was relatively smooth but for someone who isn't it could be a hard task it's not a true double din size so make sure you have room like they say in the description. Back up camera is super clear in the day time and night what a great deal. The settings are slightly confusing and some might have issues if they aren't tech savvy. ... show more
