Cannot access the WiFi.In one of the box. The box and the package look already used. Seems to be a refurbished items. I will never buy from that vendor.. one of the cable is broke on the pro model. I can see that the was previously used.

I've been having difficulties with this device booting properly, however they have offered fantastic support and have been in constant communication with me. After hitting a dead end with getting it to boot, they offered to replace the device for me. Thank you for that support!
