The functionality of the product is Great. Everything that was stated about the system to include plug and play was very simple. The best part is that it integrated with my car in a matter of seconds. However, I must speak about the customer service (Cheney Chen陈琼). When I originally ordered the system, I ordered the wrong one. Customer service immediately contacted me, asked questions about my car and also notified me that I ordered the wrong one. To make a long story short, I cancelled the order, and placed a new order. Cheney Chen陈琼 informed me that the system was already in the US warehouse, and I would receive it in couple of days verse 15 days or longer. I received the system and in about an hour I completed the installation. However, I was unable to receive any sound through the system. I contacted customer service and Cheney Chen陈琼 immediately responded and suggested I did not have AUX cable connected. That was correct and the next day I received a follow up email in response to the problem to ensure that problem was resolved. Now I call that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have had this in my 2017 IS200t for about 6 months or so and I have been extremely impressed. The OS is extremely fast and i havent had any issues with freezing up, crashing, or anything really. Touchscreen is extremely accurate, boots up relatively fast (could be faster), and video quality is superb. 95% of the time I use it for Apple CarPlay, though I have tested its built-in GPS and it does work well (but i still prefer carplay). It takes about 30 seconds from pushing "start" to having Waze or maps appear on the screen. I have watched Prime movies on it during road trips, youtube, and even some Twitch livestreams. This unit has the google play store on it and can download any app on there. I cant get HBO to work, though. Keep in mind that you must have the unit connected to your phones mobile hotspot in order for these functions to work. Completely plug and play in my 2017 IS200T. They did have to send me the backup camera cable separately because it was missing. It shipped from China and only took a few days-- maybe a week, max. Be forewarned: the audio quality will not be good initially. You will need to mess with a few settings to get everything sounding equal to or greater than stock (probably 10min or so). I found that setting the unit's EQ to "pop" and setting the Lexus's EQ to -3 bass, +1 mid, and +1 treble yields the best sound. The ONE problem I have is that on the steering wheel, the forward/backward (next/back) button is switched, but the volume button isn’t. So up increases the volume and down decreases, but on the arrow button, up restarts the song/goes back and down goes to the next song. Got used to it after a week. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought the unit in November of last year, it seems like it lasted roughly 8 months however, within the last couple of months I’ve noticed some things have been acting up. First issue I’ve noticed seems to affect the function of the radio. Randomly the radio stops in terms of the audio however. When the phones still connected to the car via cable the audio still works. Second issue I have noticed is connecting to the actual Apple CarPlay has become more and more difficult. I would say it works about 25% of the time, and then the last issue is constant, resetting and freezing. I made the mistake of not buying the additional warranty so if you are going to buy this, make sure you buy that warranty because for me spending $800 on the unit and getting eight months out of it just isn’t cost-effective. I’ve reached out to the seller but haven’t gotten any response back. So I’m going to remove the unit and put the factory one back in that way I’m able to listen to my factory satellite radio. They had the best price and fast shipping. The only issue I have is I cant hear waze was told I need to put it in Aux mode. If I do that I can't listen to the radio or my music app. So makes no sense. Also I can either use waze app or music app at one time. Seems like there both features are fighting for the Bluetooth. Cant use waze and listing to my music at the same time. Other than that its a step up from the factory oem. I did email the manufacture but never got a reply ... show more
