Okay first of all I have not used the clippers yet. Haven't had the need or opportunity but if they work half as well as the trimmers.. I'll be a happy man. The trimmers are the exact same pair that my local barber uses. That's where I learned about the brand and got the idea to buy my own. I figure if he uses them daily over and over again then they should last me the rest of my life as long as I take care of them. The trim? Sweet! Beats the crap out the any of the battery operated or rechargable trimmers I've owned by the famous razor companies. There are several types and I wanted the extra long head to reach into the course of my mustach. I opted for the clipper/trimmer set because it came with the guides for each cutter where as if bought seperately I would have had to buy the guides seperately too. Cost me more over buying just the trimmer but it was only (if memory serves) about 20 bucks more for the whole kit! The guides work well but I will caution you that they are just plastic and you need to handle them with care. I have not broken any yet but they don't look like they are made of anything more than just regular plastic. Used one for the first time last night and it made quick work of thinning my facial hair down to half an inch. ... show more

Worth the money spend - out first order arrived promptly and we put the set to use right away. On the second use the edger clippers (smaller ones) stopped working?? after some round about, back and fourth with Amazon as is normally the case for items needing to be returned we got a new set. Over all these are VERY good clippers two of our barber friends approved of the brand and also said they are a good caliber of clipper. They are very both precise and forgiving.. love the “1-1/2” and Zero number clippers makes for a nice clean fade ... show more

I usually purchase these from the local beauty supply store to ensure that everything is good. These work extremely well + I got an extra/backup pair of trimmers. More than pleased. They came in a timely manner and were a great replacement to my other pair.

Stupid trimmer doesn't work smh. A waste of money. Why sell defective products in a combo. Well the trimmer itself is 80 so I'm paying 60 dollars for the clippers. Aaaaaand the guards are soft plastic wtf. I have my cosmetology license and wanted to give the boys quality haircuts so I purchased what I thought was quality clippers. The #2 guard came broken. How am I fading from 3 straight to 1.5? Took some serious PROFESSIONAL SKILL. moving the peice on the side up and down. I shoulda waited for oyster but they were all sold out. Shame on you And is.
