I bought the clippers they overheat after 4 minutes extremely bad a friend showed me his and they didn’t overheat or sound as loud as mine I returned them and bought a replacement and they came in used with hairs on them after I opened them I turned them on after and these also overheated bad after 7 minutes. ... show more

These clippers are amazing. And nearly impossible to get anywhere else. They’re sold out and on pre-order at every barber supply and even on Stylecraft’s website. But Amazon has them. And the seller is Stylecraft, which seemed odd since you can’t currently buy them directly from them. But whatever. Amazon got them to me within just a couple of days. And they’re great. I am 100% NOT a professional. I've been using clippers on my head and face for 30 years and when it came time to replace again I decided to watch some YouTube videos and get something nice rather than the general consumer crap I've bought so many times before. More than one 'best of' by people who are actually professionals pointed to this and some consistent others, but I liked the look of this one. Wish I'd gone this route sooner. I'd probably be super happy with any of the suggestions, but I'll never find out. Only complaint: I bought the extra set of guards as I do different lengths on my beard, when the clippers showed up I was initially happy as I hadn't realized it came with guards, so I thought I might have a return on my hands. Then I found that the box includes 2 sets of the same guards that don't cover my needs so I had to keep the 'extra' package I bought. Why would you send 2 sets of the same sizes? I use 0, 1, 2, 3. These are hands down the best clippers on the market due to the weight and power. Too many barbers complain about lightweight clippers because the feel "cheap". Who wants to have a heavy clipper all day. It causes fatigue which means slower cuts and less cuts. Most barbers are ruining the clipper market by liking heavier clippers that feel premium or quality and higher power. No, barbers need the lightest weight clipper with the lowest sound. Other reviews complain about receiving used clippers but my box came wrapped in plastic so I knew they were new. Also, other reviews claim the clipper stopped working but that is why style craft has a 1 year warranty. Clippers are a machine and there is going to be bad apples. If you want to be a high earning barber you need the lightest weight tools on the market. These are them. Perfect all around clipper. You get what you pay for!!! ... show more
