When I bought this bed I was taking a risk because there were no product reviews. I have a small room but needed a King bed. I had to consider what the room would look like if I had to place this bed in front of a window and the functionality of the bed when I can't fit night stands on either side. There are three categories that I think are important to know before buying this bed: Setup, Design, and Critiques. Setup: Builds like an IKEA bed, if you have a drill the process will go by much faster. Some parts were easier with two people but I (a 5.6" woman) would have been able to complete the build by myself. The electrical was intimidating at first but the instructions were clear and the lights just velcroid on, so easy! The setup did take two-three hours but the instructions were simple enough to follow. Design: I LOVE the "floating" aspect of this bed. I always stub my toes on the corner posts but this bed's posts are far enough from the corner that you couldn't stub your toes even if you tried. There is a 6" gap where you can also fit some sliding drawers under the bed to help with storage. The shelf on the back is wide enough to fit plants, phones, remotes, etc. It's nice to have this feature when you're limited on space for nightstands. The lighter color of this bed was also something I was looking for. In a small room, you don't want a bed that is too bulky and dark, that will just make the space feel even smaller. This bed fit the bill, lightly colored, shelf storage, and electrical features that are convenient with the outlets/USB ports and cute with the lights. The headboard also isn’t very tall so if it did go in front of a window it would not be too intrusive. The slats are also Velcro and won’t move around too bad when you go to place your mattress on top. The bed itself is lower to the ground because it doesn’t require a box spring which makes it easier for my dog (the reason for the King) to jump up. Critiques: Some of the wood frayed when drilling because it does seem to be cheaper quality which is to be expected when you are buying a bed off of Amazon and are on a budget, but you wouldn't notice unless it was pointed out. The cloth material that the headboard and footboard are made of is durable, but one of the metal brackets that had a sharp edge did snag the footboard slightly so be careful when setting up. Everything came in one box which I could not move by myself but my dad and fiancé were both around to help out. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my first King bed purchase! I looked through so many beds on and off Amazon and none of them checked all my boxes besides this one. Small room, dog, 6.4” Fiancé, and picky lady approved! Bought bed for daughter full size mattress. She loves the strip lights and the storage on headboard. It took me and one other person less than 1-2 hour to assemble. Bed is sturdy. No box spring necessary. The matching dresser and night stand all go together well

Got this bed in today. Condition- nothing broken but all the off white cloth has black marks all over it. I’m gonna attempt to use stain remover on it. Assembly- not bad, the instructions were not bad. I used as drill as the tools provided would have taken at least four hours. I did it in about 2 hours. Impression- The overall condition I got mine is was just okay. The stains on the white cloth were under the protective plastic. Think a worker had a dirty gloves while packaging. I’ll attempt to clean it. All the wood is nice quality. Nothing broken and bed it really sturdy. All nuts and bolts were good quality. No messed up inserts and assembly was trouble free. The Led lightning is cool and I wish I knew what app controls it. So when the remote dies I could do away with it. The photos on the add show customs modes like music but I can’t figure out what’s the app. No instructions or a how to for the led would have been nice addition. Overall I’m satisfied with the purchase. Packaging need some work but other then that it’s a nice looking, sturdy bed. No squeaks or creaks and I can accept the few flaws on my order and still give this bed a thumbs up. ... show more

Came well packed in a long, narrow box. Impressed with how the screws were packaged...all screws were packed and assigned an alphabetical letter. Parts were all labeled and numbered. Instructions were easy to understand...almost no words, just drawings. Instructions said assembly needed 2 people, but I did it alone, as I am more handy with this type of task. Took awhile to assemble because I did it alone, but I had no problems. Lighting works as it should. Love the USB ports (2) and outlets (2) in the headboard. One USB port is needed for the LED lighting to be used. I plugged the headboard into a surge protector power strip to protect it. I have a Sleep Number foundation and mattress, and am using both on the frame. Bed is now higher off the floor than on my old frame, but I like the height. Not really a floating frame, but I do like that I am not going to stub and break my toe on the feet at the foot end of the frame anymore. The feet are set back enough so you won't hurt your feet. I purchased two of these for my kid's bedroom. I liked the idea of shelving in the bedframe, and I knew the LED lighting would be a hit! The bed is made from decent quality materials, but this is a very time-consuming installation.

This product looks so cute in pictures but the item you receive is a piece of Chinese garbage. The “wood” is particle board covered in some cheap plastic wallpaper that was falling apart when touched. The metal components all came bent and I had to beat them with a hammer and straighten it out with pliers just to get the pieces to line up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ... show more
