  • Nice Quality Coasted Anchor.
Size: 10 lb
I ordered the 10lb Anchor-Man Navy Anchor Black Vinyl Coated Naval Anchor for my use on my small (20') sailboat. The anchor is heavy duty and has a thick (hopefully very durable) vinyl coating. I like the idea of the non-marring vinyl coating as I am in the process of refinishing the sailboat I'll use this on. It's currently winter - so I'm not sailing at this time- and I've not yet had the opportunity to put the Anchor-Man Navy Anchor to use yet but I am assuming it will function as expected. While the anchor is a very nice quality and reasonably priced, I am only giving 4 stars because I have found similar anchors online for a bit less - of course, they could be of inferior construction. ... show more

  • Good lil anchor
Size: 10 lb
Small boat anchor that works well on smaller boats under 20ft or as a second anchor if needed. Design makes it easy to dig into the ocean or lake floor. Easily attaches to chain or rope.

  • 10lb holds my J16 like it’s parked on concrete!
Size: 10 lb
This anchor works sooooooo good. For the price I wish I would have gotten it sooner. The coating is nice and protects it from rusting. Its compact size makes it easy to store and use. Overall I’m very impressed!

  • Purchased to use as a stern anchor for my Yamaha Jet Boat
Size: 10 lb
My wife and I own a little Yamaha jet boat. The only cleats on the bow of the boat are on the sides (there is no bow cleat) so whenever we anchor the boat constantly moves back and forth due to action of wind and waves. It acts like a pendulum. So we bought this small anchor to use as a stern anchor and it seems like it will be the perfect tool for the job. It's wintertime in Ohio so my boat is currently stored but we'll be adding this to the complement of other items we store onboard to make our boating experience more enjoyable. The price was very competitive to other sources of anchors. It also comes apart easily for storage and you can get a sense of the overall size by comparing it to my smaller size 8 running shoes shown in the picture. ... show more

  • Well made, well priced
Size: 10 lb
I needed an anchor for my kayak, and thought this might be a good candidate. And it absolutely is! I was surprised to see how smooth it is UNDER the vinyl coating. Not a rough casting whatsoever, which I see quite a bit with Chinese made anchors. Now add in the soft vinyl coating and you have an anchor that you won’t mind handling. The flukes move freely, the eye for attaching your line is smooth so it won’t abrade. I didn’t weigh it, it is heavier than the coffee can filled with cement that I’ve been using, so I’m good to go, lol! My only concern will be the longevity of the coating. It wouldn’t surprise me to see that wear thin, but as to how long that takes….who can tell? ... show more

  • Perfect for a pontoon
Size: 10 lb
For the size if the anchor, it really has some heft. The rubberized coating is thick and throughout the anchor. This is nice because it feels better to handle and it also won't bleed rust onto the floor of your boat. The points act slightly like a spike anchor for descent holding power. The shift of the anchor fully rotates within the anchor, 1hick could prevent line or chain twist. This would also be a good anchor for a small to medium sized fishing boat. ... show more

  • Tough Anchor, Good Flukes
Size: 10 lb
I got this in one of the lighter weights as the 2nd anchor for my powerboat. I have a heavier one for the bowline, and got this for the stern. I use it to hold the boat in place, facing the beach, when we’re ashore, or when I want it stable in shallow water while casting for bass. This tough little anchor does the job. The flukes dig in and hold. It takes a very windy day to move it, once correctly positioned on the bottom. I like that it’s made of iron, but coated with tough black vinyl. Good choice. ... show more

  • Great Anchor And the Vinyl Coating Protects your Boat & Passengers
Size: 10 lb
Owning a 21' Wakeboard Boat, I've been using this type of anchor for years, but the bare metal ones always required extra caution during storage on the boat. When I stumbled upon this vinyl-coated anchor, I knew I had found the solution. Ordering the same weight I've used for years, I had confidence that this anchor could handle the job. One outstanding feature, not listed in the ad, is the easy disassembly. As seen in my pictures, you can push the stem through the bottom, transforming it from a single piece to two parts, allowing for more convenient storage. For anyone in the market for this style of anchor, this vinyl-coated version is a fantastic upgrade over the traditional bare metal style. It not only gets the job done but also brings added convenience and ease of use to the table. Highly recommended for boat owners seeking a reliable and user-friendly anchor solution. ... show more
