So back in March my head gaskets blew on my jeep and and i had to scrap it. I got 600 bucks for the jeep, obviously no car is available for so little so after a bunch of research and debating between a scooter and an ebike i decided to get the Ancheer Gladiator. It came unassembled and was stupid easy to put together, zero issues at all with it. Im a middle aged man (45) who has not ridding a bike since he was (18) in the mid 90s. Ive never used a mountain bike my whole life until i got this. I still have no idea how the gears work, nor do i care at all. I only use this bike on "mode 0" (full auto) and just hit the 400 mile mark. She rides just as smooth and quiet as during my first mile. I use this bike mostly to ride to and from my moms house, which i have found out is 2.8 miles from my house. It takes 14 minutes to drive there if i miss the lights, 11 if i make the light in a car. On this bike it is a flat 12 minutes to or from her house. Having not ridden a bike since the 90s i was nervous riding this thing so for miles 1-10 i road just around my block ALOT getting used to the balance and braking and turning. After getting comfortable in the very local area I expanded my range from miles 11-25 to include my neighborhood and the neighborhood on the other side of this tracks, which let me bike up to the VFW or the Gas Station. At this point my PPG was just a pair of jeans, long sleves, cloth gloves and a standard bike helm. I headed to moms and passing a bar a drunk "didnt see me" and almost drove over me. I had to throw myself and my bike to the ground, getting some nasty scraps and cuts in the process. I also broke the rear reflector with that. The bike itself, not a single dent or scrape other than the rear reflector. So after getting to her place, I orders a motocross helmet, gloves and motorcycle riding boots. They came a couple days later. For miles 30-200 I just road back and forth to moms, or local area to stores. From miles 200-400 I am so comfortable on the bike ive taken to main streets and trails with it. Not a single issue at all with her, she rides smooth. the battery lasts for a few days, unless i go for a few hour ride. Seems to have about 20 mile range, possibly more as i honestly dont pay much attention to it as I get from her house to mine with 1/sliver of battery life left. All i gotta say now is if your on the fence, Get this bike its a great introduction to ebikes. Next spring I will probably upgrade to a better bike and let either the misses or the kiddo take the bike. My only complaints are 2 fold. The seat is not the most comfortable but i found sitting with just one cheek on it works great and is far more comfy, after all im not pedaling at all. Also I am 6'2" so the angle to hold the handlebars is a bit straining for long distances or if alot of turns. If the handle bars could be raised up about 2-3" than it would be perfect for me. I did massive amounts of research and shopping before buying this particular bike, and I'll start by saying this brand is far and away the best value in its price range if that's what your after. My wife has a 350w class 1 huffy, and this feels SO MUCH more powerful, the throttle only mode is awesome, I love it. It's everything I wanted at a price point that made it pretty easily obtainable. 4 stars only because, as others have said, the seat definitely leaves something to be desired. I've only ridden for about 5 miles and the seat is just not comfortable and somewhat painful lol. And I'm a normal size guy, 5"11, 170lbs, so it's not like I've got a whole lot of butt to support. All in all, however, an excellent e-bike, especially at the price point, and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Assembly was quick and easy, the controls are intuitive, and its just fun as hell to ride! Edit 11/5: Changed to 5 stars. My front brake caliper disintegrated at some point, I didn't realize that it had happened until I went to adjust my front brakes because they hadn't been working and the back half of it had left the chat. I emailed them about this and they provided me another disc and caliper free of charge and pretty quickly, I'm very happy with that experience. But I changed my review because as others have said, during this exchange I also brought up the discomfort of the seat and they provided me with 20 dollars for a replacement. Solid, solid customer service. ESPECIALLY for a Chinese company servicing the u.s., I don't mean that in the wrong ways, it's just so easy for them to shtup us after we've completed a purchase and it's happened quite a bit in my own experiences so I really want to highlight and commend the customer service team here, they're doing great work! All of that being said, after a few months of my wife and I both owning this same bike now, I stand by my initial assessment. They are overall very high quality, durable, easy to use, fun to use, simple to assemble, I really can't think of a single negative thing to say about these bikes or the company that makes them. If your still for whatever reason on the fence about this bike or I'd even venture to say any of this company's products, it is definitely the one to get. ... show more

The best purchase ever; it is so fun! It goes up to 21 mph, and can stand rocky elements. We took them on treacherous terrain and they rocked it. The only downside is the shocks, not great. However, for the low price, totally worth it.

With life being what it is in today's day and age I sought alternate modes of transportation. That's where this E-bike comes in. Pros: Solid construction of the bike frame. The seat is a lot more comfortable that was expected. The cruise mode is very handy (read the manual). Appreciated but not mentioned in the original listing but the stock headlight has a horn built in with a button on the light\throttle control. The option of having a 21 speed bike as well as a motor gives piece of mind if the battery is drained during a ride. Assembly was a breeze. Cons: The kickstand is a bit to close to the back of the left pedal and heel hits on occasion while pedaling. A more realistic range for throttle mode is around 16-18 miles. The gear shift levers leave a bit to be desired when coming from Shimano EZ-Fire shifters but are functional. WARNING FROM A SHORT TERM OWNER BUT HEAVY USER! The digital readout eg the control panel is prone to having segments not work when exposed to direct sunlight. Possibly a heat related issue and it does eventually come back and works fine while is occurring but it's something to be aware of. going to replace mine with a 500c display from Dauerhaft. Conclusion: As a first time e-bike user I'm pleasantly surprised at how solidly constructed and easily ridable this bike is for the price. ... show more
