The media could not be loaded. For the price it is good enough. I bought this to replace an old 15" two burner Wolfe stove top. My old burners were twice as heavy and build quality is way better than this. Stainless steel used here feels thin as you can hear it expand and makes noises when you initially turn it on. I am not sure what materials the burners are made of but they are so light they can get knocked off easily. Also, the website description indicates that unit comes with a 2-in-1 griddle but I did not see one. All burners and electric igniters were working when I tested after installing. The igniter for the middle burner stopped working after the first test and would not work. I now have to use a lighter for me to use the middle burner. Overall, the cooktop looks good, easy to install and clean. UPDATE: It has been 4 months since I have purchased the product. So far it has been working well with no issues. The seller reached out to me regarding the issues I reported and offered a replacement part. It took a while before I received the replacement part. The igniter is now working and seller also provided me with the griddle. I say customer service is excellent. Overall, I am happy with this purchase. ... show more

Out of 3 gas stove we own in our property, this is by far my favorite, it is the easier to get the correct setting to ignite while the fire is strong. Of course with the knob fire and be adjusted down to low heat but a lot of stove high heat is still not very strong. This stove gives me 3 strong stove suitable to big soup kettles and deep frying while before I would only get one high and one medium fire stove. Easy to install into existing space. The media could not be loaded. Looks great and worked great for one week until the middle burner igniter stopped working after one week. Cleaned the igniter and the whole burner. After cleaning hearing igniter clicking sounds with no spark and still the middle burner does not turn on. Will be searching for another good and reliable brand soon. ... show more
