I ride it every day. Assembled pretty easily, great fit (5'10"), fun and comfortable suspension. If you are riding at highest support level it'll drain the power within 10 miles or so but I'm in a very hilly area.

Well this is my first e-bike. I read through the reviews. I'm going to hit on the customer service first. When I put it together or ran great then I messed up the settings then nothing, "my fault". They sent me the original settings list within the same day and it was great again. Now the bike, wow! It's worth it ladies and gentlemen. I got it up to 40mph. You can change the speed settings, I did change it back to 30mph but man is it fun. The features on this bike is out of this world. You can change how fast the battery will drain. To it off road and it did amazing. The brakes work well for how heavy the bike is. I'm 210 6ft 1nch and it stops on a dime. This bike is well made and worth more than listed. The bike is great. It has a beefy look and it is powerful. The torque is awesome on this bike. It is very responsive and comes with a top speed (throttle only) of 28mph. I played with the settings and got it to go 40mph with throttle only. Let me tell you, that is ridiculously fast, but it was still very stable. I am going to set it back to 28 for most of my needs. If I get it out on longer and more open roads/paths, I may crank it back up again. 28 is a great speed for throttle only. It's a great experience thus far.
