The packaging was impressive with this product. Plywood frames made with steel corner brackets and crossmembers inside a heavy duty cardboard box. Everything is covered in plastic bags and separated with flexible foam blocks and cardboard. It’s going together well but after 4 1/2 hours we still have a lot to do. Assembly is complete, total assembly time was about 12 hours with 2 people. About half that time was unpacking and disposal of the packaging material. ... show more

This gazebo although intimidating with all the boxes and parts was easy to assemble. The instructions were great and every piece was easily identifiable. I only wished I had purchased a larger gazebo because I am quite happy with the results.

Some of the parts were mislabeled. I am assembling mostly myself. Overall easy to assemble but will take some time as it has only pics and no reading. Bring your patience. 2 or more ppl will speed it up. I may update once I finish the assembly.

We were missing a part, they responded very quickly and sending a new replacement. This was truly the best customer service and response I have had with a company. Gazebo is also very well built, just waiting on part so we can hang mosquito net and curtains Highly recommend.

This gazebo is awesome for us. It's strong, fairly heavy, won't blow over in the wind. The only part that was the most confusing is how the curtains are supposed to be set up.

I only received 3 of the 4 boxes required to assemble the gazebo. Can’t seem to find a phone number to talk to anybody about getting the box sent . I’m sure this will be great once I can get it together
