I do love that there's 2 of the ball ends so it's easy to keep a cold one. I can see how this would help relieve some pressure when having a headache. It did look like it helped with the slight eye bags. I'm going to use it every morning and see if it helps long term. The vibration isn't too much. I personally think it's just enough. Based on another review I decided to buy two and I’m so glad I did. They each come with two roller balls so you can keep the chill going for a while. Mostly I use these on my face and for lymph drainage in my neck and chest but they also feel great on your scalp and behind your ears. I even use them on my ankles and legs sometimes. They are designed well and seem like they will last a long time. Not like crystal gua shau that easily break! The only thing I did not like is the non-recyclable packaging they came in. I feel like all these influencers put a lot of pressure on companies to make their packaging look extra fancy for their “unboxing” videos. But it’s so unnecessary and wasteful. 30 seconds off unboxing for 300 years of garbage. Normally I would deduct 1 star for the packaging but I love these things soooo much that I won’t this time. Note that you do need to buy AA batteries for them (1each). I recommend Panasonic Rechargeable Eneloop batteries. ... show more

I love this ice roller! I had to have eyelid surgery and my surgeon recommended an ice roller. When I saw this one, I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! It has two heads so when one becomes warm, you can switch to the other. The vibration is nothing to write home about but I didn't select this item for that feature. I get tension headaches that spread to my face and this helps relieves the pain. I do wish the handle wasn't metal because it's cold to hold. I just wrapped a cloth around it. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars.

This takes the already incredible feeling of a Ice face roller to the next level!!! I never new how much of a game changer the vibrate option would be. I have 2 other perfectly good Ice rollers but I don't even use them anymore. The vibrate feature paired with the ice roller quiets my frequent headaches better than anything else I have ever tried...and I have tried tons of other recommended gagets and home remedies.
