I was not expecting much based on the purchase price, but didn't want to jump in to this type of tool until I determined if it really had a purpose and use in my "tool box" for computer and electronic work. The bits seem to be of good quality and bite into the fastener they are intended for very well with no slip. The driver is certainly more than adequate to loosen or tighten fasteners in computers, laptops, and electronics during service and repair. One thing I noted is that it may lack enough torque to initially break loose a screw, but a little twist of the wrist while pressing the "go" button gets it past that initial resistance. When mounting cooling fans to a computer case, there were several incidents of it not having enough torque to finish the drive. This was with an initial install when the fastener was making the original grove in the plastic of the fan to complete the function of attaching it. Battery life is excellent so far, having used it thru two desktop computers builds, and several "service" issues on other desktops. I would offer some suggestions. 1) some kind of tactile or slightly different surface on the operating buttons. Would make it easier to use while your down in a case and focused on other things. 2) make it a little thicker on the operating button area for a better grip. 3) also make the light activation button either a different tactile surface or give it a little height for ease of finding it and operation. 4) I realize that the price of this tool is very competitive in an area with many competitors, but I think that you get the driver and it bits in a cardboard box detracts from what would be a great purchase. if it came with the rigid foam / plastic holder in a reusable, closeable plastic case, it would be almost the ideal low cost, entry power driver with great value. ... show more

I think its worth it. Just wished this came with a permanent case that holds the bit and, *maybe* also is a battery case.... like all the other wireless devices we have now. Aside from that, the torque is moderate, you will have to manually assist on certain screws maybe 10% of the time. But the other 90% this will do all the work. The light is very handy, believe it or not, even if you have lights and a headlamp, the light is a good assist. Also, the screw driver is truly magnetic, but very weak. But it will work to hold the screws on the bits long enough to retrieve or screw in. This is better than the another, similar product brand, where it is marketed as magnetic, BUT only for the bit to the driver NOT for the screws, which is misleading. long story short, this is good for light duty work, moderate to low frequency, precise work. The electric crew driver works good and stops before stripping the small torx head screws. The bits that comes with the driver are not so good. The first time I used the screw driver I stripped the #6 torx bit. I purchased a manual screwdriver set to complete the project. Of course, it can't be too powerful given the delicate work you'd be using it for. But, heck, I've bought battery power drills for less than $20. This is a great electric screw driver. Don’t expect an overpowered screwdriver. This is perfect for getting screws out. Don’t expect it to get tuff screws out that are really tight. It’s great for simple projects. One other cool thing is works with the bits for ifixit. I highly recommend this tool.

I’ve been using this electric screwdriver a ton over the past few months and it’s been a great tool to use for repairing small electronic devices. I’ve used it to repair several PS4 and Xbox controllers, mod some Switch joycon, repair/build micro FPV drones and other small projects. So far, no issues. It charges quickly via USB-C and lasts far longer on one charge than I would ever need. The light turns on by pushing a button next to the forward and reverse buttons. I put some GT-5000 grip tape on some spots to allow for better grip as the screwdriver can be a bit slippery to hold. The package comes with a USB-C charging cable, a pry tool, a small selection of bits and even a bit magnetizer thingy. Overall, great value for the price. ... show more

It looks nice, slim and fits okay in the palm. I used it primarily on laptops and it was able to do the job. It's designed for precision screw work. It lacks enough torque to be able to do heavy duty work like removing tough screws. At least it makes working on laptops fast for me so I decided to keep it.
