I’ve had three of these. I lost one in a public garden where I volunteer, have been using the second for years. Just bought a third for backup. The notch in the point and narrow blade makes them great for weeding. Very sturdy. The only bad thing is that the first two had green handles - easy to lose in the garden - the third is even worse a brown handle! After losing the first I spray paint the handles bright orange to make them easy to spot. ... show more

Purchased an earlier version (blue handle) of this hand-tool and it is the BEST multi-tool for planting and weeding!! Just purchased this newer model (brown handle) for a friend that tried to take mine! Newer model has all the same features and just as sturdy as my older one. Perfect size, one side is a blade, the other a serrated edge. Both work wonders digging in small roots etc., love the divot on the end for dandelion root types. As an irrigation contractor, I was constantly breaking small spaces. This thing is like a Rambo knife. Sturdy, strong, and sharp enough to pierce roots! I've only had to replace ones I've lost!
