Let me just say, this bed frame is stunning. It’s sleek, and looks like it belongs in a design magazine. But before we dive into the beauty of it, let’s talk about the adventure I had getting it here. So, I ordered this gorgeous frame, and—like a normal person—I naturally listed my old address on the order. Whoops. I realized my mistake the next day but didn’t panic... until I realized that FedEx would soon be dropping this beautiful beast of a bedframe off at an address I would be moving two hours away from in just 3 days!! Picture me, sitting there, staring at the tracking number, Googling “how to rent a U-Haul trailer on short notice” and “what is a trailer hitch?” And thinking maybe I could ask a random stranger passing by if they could help me load it onto a rental truck. It wasn’t looking good. I messaged the seller (and by "messaged," I mean sent a desperate cry for help that probably had too many exclamation points), and to my absolute shock then immediate dejection, they responded immediately, but it was to say that they would not be able to update the address for me. I didn’t know what to do, so naturally I messaged again asking if they could do anything. Again, they said that they could not. Succumbing to my bed frame fate, I checked the shipping status on FedEx’s site and to my wonder and amazement, I noticed that the city under my name was my new city. Could it be?? Did they actually update my address despite telling me they couldn’t? They absolutely did! These people were my bedframe fairy godparents, making sure my dream bed would arrive at the right address without me having to call in the National Guard or bribe a friend with a lobster dinner to help me move it. Fast forward a few days: FedEx delivers my bedframe, and the adventure continues. The box was huge. Like, I wasn’t sure if I had ordered a bed frame or a small, portable apartment. But did I give up? No. Did I do it alone? Yes! Now, for the actual assembly—despite the instructions saying it would be easier with two people, I did it solo like the true independent woman I am. It was surprisingly easy once I realized the instructions weren’t written in some ancient language and that I could, in fact, follow them without losing my mind. I did, however, consider throwing in the towel halfway through when I realized the bed had a lot of screws. But in the end, it was so worth it. Would I recommend this bedframe? Absolutely! It’s beautiful, sturdy, and elegant. 10/10, would assemble solo again (but maybe double-check the address first next time). ... show more

Extremely satisfied with this bed. It had been on my watch list for months and I finally bought it. The box arrived beat up by FedEx, and its like 180lbs. But, everything was good inside. Each piece was clearly marked, instructions were very clear. Bed went together perfectly. And once everything was together and I tightened it down it was solid. My wife loves it! ... show more

I have nothing bad to say about this bed. So far, it is incredible. Took about an hour to assemble but the assembly itself was easy! Instructions are pretty straight forward although I do wish there were more words on each step. This was one piece of furniture that did not cause any frustration!

I love the finished product and the tuffed velvet headboard is tall and very soft. The bed was lower than expected but I used 7 3/4 inch feet extendsionsI bought separately and it did the trick to rise the bed a bit higher. 12' inch mattress will probably work best but I was able to fit a 14' comfortably, but note, fitting in matresses can be a little difficult due to the wingback design. The bed weighs a lot due to the tuffed end pieces, and assembling it was quite difficult for one person, I'd suggest two, the allen wrench that came with the set is quite cumbersome to use, Id prefer/suggest a ratchet wrench to do the job quicker and easier. All in all, its a perfect size and shape with a comfortable design with no issues on build quality. ... show more

I must admit i was bit skeptical at first but once I got the bed together it looked great. I will admit the frame is a bit lacking but once every thing is tightened the bed is solid. The material is nice. I had a bent part when the bed arrived but the seller worked with ne to get a partial weekend. I am more than satisfied. I purchased this bed a while ago, and I wanted to wait before writing my review for an honest assessment. This bed is absolutely beautiful! It's perfect for a princess like me! While it did take my husband a bit of time to assemble it, every moment spent was absolutely worth it because we ended up with a gorgeous bed that was worth every dollar we invested. If you decide to get one, I’m sure you’ll be just as pleased as I am! I currently have it beautifully set up in my bedroom. I’m really happy with this bed! It’s big and hasn’t moved (or squeaked) when climbing in and out after four months. The bolts have stayed put. The fabric is really soft and doesn’t snag at all with kitties occasionally jumping up on the headboard. Assembly was easy; it took some time but was easy. I happened to have both the mattress *and* box spring so they sit higher than pictured with just a mattress. The bed would be 100% fine with just a mattress and no box spring.
