We love our new frame. It's sturdy, practical, and attractive. Assembly took me 4 or 5 hours but was easy to understand. I recommend having another person and a toolbox to speed up the process. The headboard is difficult to move by yourself. As predicted, it shipped in two boxes with different delivery dates. It's plenty sturdy for everyday use as well as adult activities. I used the little square pads to keep the corners from damaging the walls. Our hidden cabinet's holes were drilled just slightly misaligned so the door isn't level and makes a little contact on one side but is forgivable. It's the perfect place to keep our private accessories hidden and accessible. Lights and power outlet work just fine. Now if we could figure out a way to hide those cords... The drawers are flawed. It's easy to crush your fingers if you're not careful. And if you have cats, they will commandeer the space under your bed and never let you keep them shut. You'll come home to them ajar every day. So that's it. No damage or missing parts. Well worth the money for the style and storage. ... show more

When we received both packages, the larger box had small damage to box and I was concerned for damages to the parts. I sent pictures and info to seller and they immediately responded and asked I inspect the parts and let them know so they could replace. Thankfully due to packaging nothing was damaged and I began the project. While it took some time to put together I found the instructions to be detailed and the entire thing to be strong well made products. The final product was exactly as advertised and made the wife happy! I would strongly recommend to anyone to buy this. No squeaking, wobbling or concerns when done. ... show more

I love the size, and look of this bed frame. It’s pretty much exactly what you see in the pictures, and was really good about being clear as far as expectations for arrival time/shipping updates. It was nice quality for how much you’re spending on it, and the drawers are a super nice touch of extra storage. That being said, assembly was miserable. The instructions weren’t super clear, and some of the pieces took me forever to stick together because of manufacturing errors. There are several points that the instructions just skip a step entirely and I was left guessing how things go together based on the photos/how the rest was put together. All in all, I do think this was a worth it purchase, just do be prepared for a bit of a time investment to start. ... show more

The product is nicely made, and not cheap. The problem was we were missing. A part of wood contacted the seller to tell him what part we were missing. They sent us a whole new bed. We had already started putting together the bed we had. So we had to pick through parts to see if those parts would match the bed we had. In the end, we ended up with 100 pound of extra wood that we had to dispose of on our own. If you have the patience for all that, there is just no way of returning it because I ordered other nightstand and dresser to match. I just know the frustration it is and it does take a lot of time to put it together and my husband’s really good at constructing things. It’s all together and it looks beautiful now, but it was a lot of work. ... show more

This queen size bed had been a good purchase. I assembled it by myself in a few hours and the directions were pretty simple and easy to follow. You have to follow the details fairly precisely and I can see how not paying attention to some details can get it assembled incorrectly. The wood is engineered wood, not real wood, so it can be chipped / scratched. The framing is mostly metal and it's quite stable. I have a 14" Nectar mattress which fits well on it and the bed is very quiet. The UBS charging port on top works well though I think it would have been better placed in one of the cubbys. The "bookcase" headboard is good for laying down books, remote controls, sleep mask, etc. The drawers underneath were easy to assemble but note they are actually separate from the bed. They are on rollers that roll directly on the floor. There is a little screw space in the board that connects onto a tiny screw head that is attached to the bed to keep the drawers closed. I have tile floor so they roll out easily but if you have a deep plush carpet it could be problematic getting them to roll out and keeping things out of the wheels. If you move the bed they can come loose and then are left laying out on the floor and have to be put back in place. Be careful at night though, the wood frame pieces are solid and have some sharp corners and can cut / slice your toes / shins if you bump into it. And keep little kids away, if they fall on / against it they could get cut up. So overall it's fairly simple, plain and functional bed without any bells or whistles that seems stable and quiet with good quality workmanship that should last a long time. Yes, when you open the box it is somewhat intimidating. Both boxes came the same day. The design, the instructions and the packaging of hardware was clearly marked! The company did a GREAT job making it simple and easy to understand! It took 2 adults 2 hours to complete the build. My husband used an electric screwdriver with an alan wrench attachment, which was so much better than the manual tools provided. We were careful not to over tighten anything! The wood in manufactured wood but it is all attached to a very sturdy metal frame! We like the power plug/usb and the storage! We do light the white option. It comes with a remote, it has a dimmer and option to have the light go off in a specific amount of time. The wire drawers underneath are ok for t-shirts, shorts or jeans ( nothing that could fall through like socks). Be sure to lift and lock into place on the frame. Not going to lie. The instructions were a bit challenging. They could've done better with diagrams and written instructions. Shelves doesn't fit correctly with frame, Unable to secure to notch, also a few missing pieces. Might have to get velcro straps. Otherwise it's a beautiful frame. Led light works great, sturdy, definitely a 2 person job, took us 4-5hrs ... show more
