I like these pans because they cook evenly and are very easy to clean (sometimes I just wipe it out). Except.... I was heating some roast beef in beef broth in the 8" frying pan and somehow forgot to turn off the heat (it was on low). By the time I figured it out, the broth had literally baked on to the pan. It's like the broth became one with the coating. I can get it to come off with steel wool, but that just scratches up the surface. So, be careful not to burn something in this pan or it may become useless like mine is. ... show more

I love this set of pans! Heat distribution is perfect! I have arthritis and the lids on these pans make it so easy for me to drain off excess liquid when I’m done cooking. They clean up so easy too. I highly recommend these!
