The size of the bath/hang towels and washcloths seemed very generous to me. Both my husband and I love the thickness. They aren't too thin, and they aren't too thick. Yes, towels can be too thick. I have towels that I purchased for our guest bath. Thy feel very thick and luxurious. However, they don't absorb like these do. I would buy these again over the super thick ones.     • Towel will not stop shedding!

We have had this towel set, 2.bath towels, 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes for 2 and 1/2 months now. The towels are "very" soft. Even when the towels are hung outside to dry they never get that bit of scratchy feel that other towel get. They stay very soft and consequently don't do a great job of absorbing water. The red color is a nice deep red so that was a plus. My very big complaint is the towels will not stop shedding!!! When I clean there is red dust bunnies everywhere. I expected some shedding but this is ridiculous. So if you like very soft towels, like they have be washed in softener and you don't mind dust bunnies everywhere due to the towels shedding then they maybe a good choice.for you. ... show more
