Had ordered the pro instead of the pro max I was going to try and keep the pro but glad I didn't I decided since I dont get new phone often I might as well get the one I want. Worth it Upgraded from XS Max that screen was cracked and had issues with the volume and speaker. would Highly recommend

Do not purchase your iPhone through Amazon. The phone is locked into Cricket, and you will face nothing but problems. Without any warning whatsoever, Cricket cancelled my plan. I talked to Amazon for an hour; they were unable to help and recommended that I call Cricket’s direct number (this was after being bounced around the chat room by different representatives until they transferred me to a phone call which ultimately dropped). I call Cricket, and they are unable to help me as well. They said that I had requested to cancel my cellphone service plan when I had done no such thing. The best they could recommend was to order a new SIM card and reactivate my plan with a new number. This will cause a massive disruption to both my professional and personal life. I asked for my phone to be unlocked, but they said that they can only do that for customers of over 6 months. This predatory and completely unfair to the consumer. I have filed an FCC complaint. ... show more

You can’t bring your number, if you want to do that you’ll have to get a new sims card. I can’t signup for a cricket account through the site or app. The phones great. I’ll call this week and try to set up a new account through the app maybe support can help me: I still like the phone and the coverage is great. ... show more
