I usually check my bag because I have a hard time lifting luggage into overheads. But this worked perfectly for a 3 night trip. It’s well designed and wheels well. Glides perfectly under the seat. Lots of compartments to keep you organized. Highly recommended as a small carry on.

You have to discipline yourself in terms of what you take on your trip but payoff comes in ease of boarding trains and buses not to mention exiting the airport quickly since this fits under most seats and most if not all bins. Only thing is lack of 4 spinners. The 2 straight wheels require a different style - you are pulling it, not walking with it along side of you. The handle when extended is a little floppy. I flew Frontier but found the bag did not fit all the way into the Frontier sizer as wheels were too wide. However, I carried it in, rather than wheel it in, and made it through check in. Bottom portion of bag did not fit all way under seat. Nice bag with many pockets
