Salicylic acid really works for sensitlive skin. Unfortunately, lately it can only be found in expensive skin care products. Even once excellent brands like Neutrogena have either become too expensive or decided hydrogen peroxide is good enough. It isn't. I got this because I had an itty bump on my chin from a pimple I popped. It hasn’t done much there, but it does seem to get rid of other pimples quickly and leaves my skin a little brighter.

The texture of this Amazon branded acne medication is like a watery & sticky gel. It’s extremely goopy and makes your skin feel like it can’t breathe. I found it to be very ineffective compared to pretty much every other brand I’ve tried. I do not know if it’s because it suffocates your skin, and actually is clogging your pores with its slimy, sticky, gunky texture or that it’s under-dosed and needs more salicylic acid. Either way, it made my skin worse. I appreciate that it’s a $1-$2 cheaper than other brands, but I will definitely not be rebuying unless they reformulate. ... show more
