As many people know, Tylenol has almost no side effects because its main ingredient is acetaminophen. The speed of reaction at which effects are seen may vary from person to person. However, taking more than 4000 mg within 24 hours may damage the liver and kidneys. Of course, there is no problem if you use it for a few days, but if you take it in large quantities for a long period of time. Side effects of overdosage may include itching of the body, dark urine color, jaundice, skin rash, and nausea, but reactions vary depending on the individual. For its price and effectiveness, I think this product is very good. Personally, my body responds well to it, so I highly recommend it. ... show more
