We were looking to upgrade out espresso machine and combine some of our coffee bar appliances. This machine did all of that we love the grind options and the speed of brew. The clean up is easy and love the size of the water tank. All love the retro aesthetic. The only negative is the sound it makes when steaming milk and the lack of froth, it will heat the milk quickly but there is no froth(this may just he user error). All in all this is a great product and the price was just right ... show more

Honestly I haven’t tried it yet and I just noticed it’s on sale and I’m just out of the return date by 6 days to get a refund… not a happy camper on that one. I purchased it because it’s adorable, has decent ratings and it’s an all in one machine. That and I’m hoping it’s as easy as the video shows it to be?!? I have another machine I purchased on here and I have not used it because I’m apparently too dumb to do so!🤪 ... show more

This espresso machine works wonderful. However, if anything breaks, from the espresso portafilters to the steamer, no replacement parts can be purchased. So if anything breaks, it cannot be fixed. Yes you would need to buy a whole new machine. I would suggest to get as much insurance on this as possible, and if anything breaks, you would need to consider the machine a total loss, and be able to purchase another through your insurance. ... show more
