  • This is a big guy!
It is very big.Running very quiet.Just a few more panel buttons,It’s a bit complicated to operate,I bought it for an old man who doesn't understand English.Overall good,It can wash a lot of clothes, much more than I imagined.

  • All washed up
Careful what you wish for. Use caution when reading product description and be aware that this item may not be brand new, HOWEVER, “reconditioned” !

  • Sensitivity hard to figure out
It’s whisper quiet (nice) but I can hear it start to load and come back it hasn’t filled. Not sure what delay is. If I restart and stand there eventually it starts. It’s new so I’m trying to get hang of it. It’s huge and cute. Looks good.

  • Mistake to Buy
Previous washer, a Whirlpool Cabrio, lasted almost 15 years (!) but I don't expect this one to. You get what you pay for. Disappointing. Cheap. Noisy. And often goes walk-about during rinse cycle.

  • Not high tech
It works as advertised, nothing fancy.

  • This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new.
Just got it today from HomeDepot on sale, have already done 5 loads (lot to catch up on after a month, we have lots of clothes). I suggest you read the guide that comes with it as it has lots of good information on how to use it. It has a locking feature so it can spin at a higher ratio. If you want to leave items in to soak do so with the lid closed after you have selected to cancel the cycle. If you leave the lid open the water WILL drain after 10 minutes which is a very good idea if you power happens to go off you would be surprised by nasty water in it. I can't wait to finish all the clothes that have been sitting around due to weather changes. This is my first major appliance that I have bought that was brand new. I'm a big girl now! ... show more

  • Just bought this piece of less - than - mediocre ...
Just bought this piece of less - than - mediocre. It doesn't get up enough energy to rinse a pair of panty hose. The ridiculous switch will NOT fill with the lid open, and so you have to make several return trips, each one taking several minutes, as this thing has to sit and "think about it??" between each change in the programming, while you just wait and wonder if you did something illegal. So get prepared for a trial on each new load:: Preliminary, don't bother collecting clothes, as you will have plenty of time between trips back and forth to the laundry just getting the machine ready: 1. First, go down to the washer and turn on a cycle. It doesn't really matter where you start it, as it will pretty much make no difference. Just get the thing going. 2. Come back again when you think it could be filled, and add soap to mix in whenever it starts agitating, 3. Now you can decide to wait 3 or 4 minutes as the agitator slowly mixes in the soap,(it takes several minutes as the agitator is on permanent "delicate") or I usually just go get some clothes - it may be faster with liquid. Water depth is set by a magic 'sensor' which is the imagination of what someone else thought your clothes might look like, and ends up with water so deep that if you don't put in three loads at a time, the clothes don't rub each other enough to get even light soil out. 4th trip: You must have laundry tubs available as you have to take out 2/3rds of the clothes because it can't rinse properly with this giant load. It wouldn't get the soap out anyway, because there is ABSOLUTELY no warm or hot water rinse, but it's pretty easy to re-set it to a new washycle for each of these 3 loads, so there ends up being only 6 trips back to the laundry to get the 3 loads done. To rinse, are now TWO options: 1. Catch it before it starts to rinse, and gets your fabric ice cold, as it will then take starting over several wash cycles to get it warm enough again to remove soap. OR 2. I discovered that if you turn off the cold water supply, it will stop everything after the wash cycle and just sit there, so if you install some kind of a quick shut-off valve for the incoming cold water, and have a fairly small hot water heater, your rinse can be PERFECT temp. Works for me! On the longest cycle, it may wear your clothes out before they come a little cleaner. Not much of a trade-off, but depends on the item of clothing. SOOOO wishing I had ignored the sales hype and insisted on a demo........Hoping this will help some other buyer beware. ... show more
