Product arrived way ahead of schedule (A++to that). When I finally opened the box to put it in my house it was minus the electrical cord (C for that). The saving grace was the plug off my old dryer was able to work with my new one. So 4 stars instead of 5 for the missing plug.

I was sold a dryer that didn't work after I set it up to use. It arrived a month earlier than expected with no prior notice of arrival. I just woke up with a dryer left in the middle of the driveway. This created its own level of problems, to say the least. Currently I am in the process of getting a refund but the return of the item is on the customer. I am not usually a person that is capable of preparing my home to move in and out a dryer multiple times or prepare it for shipping.
