Overall the quality of the materials was flawed, build was not too straightforward and the table is rather small. The sides of some boards are exposed particle board which is bad for a literal beverage table. Any liquid spill is going to make this a swollen mess. One corner of the boards was missing a chunk. I made a mistake setting the table up and had to redo an unclear step. The correct way to set the side board leaves a small gap in the center. If the board is backwards it will be flush but the corner will be way off. The fabric drawer portion forever sticks no matter how I adjust it. I was a bit disappointed but I suppose it works. It's a very small table and does what I need it to but definitely take notice of the dimensions before you order. ... show more

Nice, inexpensive and modern coffee table with lift top. At the time of this review, the price is $110.49 plus a $30 off coupon making it a great deal. Instructions are included. Hardware is included but you will need a Phillips head screwdriver to complete the assembly. Instructions are very easy to follow and assembly was complete in about 20 minutes. The drawer is that weird fabric, like some bins you can purchase for storing things. Strange, but lightweight and surprisingly, looks good. Love the sleek and simple design. Beautiful dark wood grain and solid wood legs that are sturdy and an excellent accessory to this piece. I even like the plastic "shelf" that has already come in handy to store the remotes in one place! Would recommend and would buy again. ... show more

Very sturdy in the end. There are many parts to this and will probably take about 30min to put together. It is very sturdy now that it is put together and the lift hinges are heavy duty. I had two holes that weren’t pre drilled so I had to muscle them in, but it wasn’t a big deal. This unit is nice for the price. ... show more

At only 20" high this is not a huge centerpiece table but has lot's of storage and looks really nice. It's also substantial at almost 40lbs in weight, and looks very high end and well made, at just over $100 I think it represents pretty good value too. It comes flat packed, requires assembly, and patience is key, the instructions are not that great and it does take time to complete. Once finished it looks really good. The media could not be loaded. This would have gotten 5 stars but one of the assembly components was missing (instead I received two of another component in the box) so star taken off for that. Luckily it was not a very important part (I believe it helps keep the tray within the table) but still, you expect all parts when you get something. With that out of the way, this coffee table is very nice. It looks gorgeous and is quite sturdy. It took about an hour to make by myself using the included materials. It does NOT come with a screwdriver so you'll need a Philips screwdriver for assembly. The top extension/lift mechanism works quite well and is pretty smooth which is nice. Good amount of storage space, especially with the hidden compartment underneath the lifting top. I would recommend if you're looking for a coffee table, however, just know that a part may be missing. ... show more

Put this in the living room. By looking at it you wouldn’t guess that the top lifts up. The lifts are sturdy which makes for a really nice surface to put a laptop on and do some work on the couch! This lift top coffee table is versatile and has a fantastic color and style. Putting it together was not too difficult at all, the instructions that came with it were pretty clear and simple to follow. I really like the wood grain finish and color of this table. The lift top gas strut is pretty strong and feels pretty sturdy that I feel comfortable working on it with my laptop. First thing to know…. It helps to have 2 people when assembling this table, and FOLLOW the directions perfectly. It goes together nicely and looks amazing. The top glides open nicely and it looks really nice. This was for my daughters little apartment and she really likes it.
