I've only used on a couple of hex bolts. All were rusty exhaust manifold bolts, and I was able to easily take them out without a problem. This set is well worth the money. I'd buy again.

I was putting together and Ikea type buffet I purchased for my wife. This Buffet had a couple of dozen bolts requiring an Allen wrench. Some of these bolts were in fairly tight spaces which made using the Allen wrench difficult. I purchased the Extra Long Allen Hex Bit socket set in the hopes that it would make putting the buffet together easier, and it certainly did. Using this socket set reduced the amount of time it took me to put the buffet together by probably more than 50%.
