Love this little drill at your fingertips, I do a lot of craft hobbies and pulling out the big drill can be a pain sometimes I keep this close by and easily accessible. Yes it is a small drill for small projects don’t expect to drill through concrete with this thing. Just let the drill bit do the work you don’t need to add excessive pressure if you do just pull out the big drill.. I am pleased with the drill and the price was right ... show more

Works about as well as I expected, not very powerful but useful enough for my needs. The press is useless tho, it just gets stuck when you try to press down and even if you somehow manage it has too much jiggle to it.

I run an art gallery and most of the time artists forget, or just don't add, the appropriate hanging wire on their work. Then I have to do it and a big drill is sometimes way too much and can cause damage to a canvas or frame. This gadget is so handy and easy to use! Small and light, it's easy to get a screw started in a tight spot and then I can get accomplished what I need to do. I have only used it a couple of times, so I cannot say how long the battery is good for, but, at this point, I find I definitely like the size and ability to drill into a wood canvas frame. I like that the bit sizes are varied as well because not all frames are the same size. I need smaller hanging hooks for smaller pieces and larger ones for larger pieces. I just keep it on the desk and near the charger. Eventually I'm going to need it. For now, the battery is doing fine. ... show more

    • I received a defective item. SOLVED!
My hand drill turns off randomly. It shows 4 lights in the battery charge indicator so it is not a battery issue. I'm working in normal forward mode, and click the button to turn it backwards and then off, and the drill goes off completely. It doesn't turn on again and none of the lights turns on. I have to plug the charger for an instant and then it works again, but all this will happen again in a matter of seconds. Update: I am changing my previous 1 star review to a 5 star due to the excellent way the seller worked with me and the way the problem was solved. Kudos to Arrowmax! Second update. Regretfully I had to downgrade my rating to one star again. The replacement I received has exactly the same problem as the initial product. Looks to me that these drills are not designed for extensive demanding work. I use it for drilling hundreds of 0.8 holes in the hull and decks of wooden ship models. These drills may work ok in light or less demanding jobs. ... show more

    • Good drill but their proprietary collet makes them use only their drill bits

Good little drill. Slow enough so your bit doesn't wander like a dremel if you haven't punched a small divot. Their drill bits are good quality and the battery life is good for a drill this size. It doesn't take too long to recharge either. Now the CONS: Their collet won't close completely, so you can't use any of the small #61-#80 drill bits. Even a collet conversion adapter shank is about .05mm (according to my digital caliper) too large to fit fully in the open collet. It will go in about 3/8 inch and get stuck, which cause sever wobbling when you turn the drill on. The company doesn't offer varying sizes of collets like the dremel does, nor does it offer single drill bits. You have to buy a set of 10 for over $16, when you might only need one or two size drill bits. All of this seems deliberate (IMO) to force you to buy their drill bit sets. Other HSS or Carbide drill bits available are .1mm too large (shank) to fit the collet. I have a set from Harbor Freight and tested those with my caliper. If the company offered a collet that would close completely, or increased the size of the collet to accept larger shanks, then this product would be a solid 5-stars. ... show more

    • Nice tool but, wobbles
I bought for model building. For most uses it is ok but, when drilling fine holes like drilling out gun barrels the shaft is too wobbly. A bit disappointing because it is a pretty nice tool otherwise. Shortly after I posted this review the manufacturer offered to send me a replacement drill. The replacement does a much nicer job.
