Purchased a set for my sofa pillow cases after having tried so many other aenemic versions. These are very sturdy and firm yet comfortable and very responsive to expanding back up. I HATE to buy things I can't see or feel, so took a chance on these pillows (20x20") -- and am super happy! Shipped fast, very well packaged. They plumped up quickly and fit my pillow shams without any sagging or bagging, and stand up without slumping when put on my sofa. Although they sink in a bit like memory foam, they are still firm and supportive on my back. The little extra fleecy pillow cover was nice. Will buy again! 8/24/2023 Well heck -- ordered two more pillows after the first two, and they came in a different colored box; one fluffed up immediately, and the other is still barely inflated 12 hours later. Returning that one and having it replaced. Have also noticed that on two pillows, there is a pea-sized harder lump -- maybe part of the manufacturing process? I can put that on the bottom of the pillows but you can definitely feel it through the sham. Not a deal breaker for me but very irritating, as these pillows aren't cheap! Very comfortable, when first pressed. Flattens while leaning back into it. I know that’s kind of the point (mold to your body), but would have liked it a bit more firm, so that the support would hold.

This pillow form is perfect. The stated size fits the appropriate pillow cover which is very unlike the regular polyfil pillow forms which are way smaller and do not fit. This memory foam 12”x20” is the perfect size to use as lumbar support when sitting on a sofa, especially if you’re shorter. I bought another pillow form in a different size. I wasn't sure that I wanted to pay the premium price for a pillow insert, but I'm very glad that I did. The memory foam insert is thick and soft and holds its shape well. Other inserts I've purchased get limp after a short time. I highly recommend this brand.
