Purchased a set for my sofa pillow cases after having tried so many other aenemic versions. These are very sturdy and firm yet comfortable and very responsive to expanding back up. I HATE to buy things I can't see or feel, so took a chance on these pillows (20x20") -- and am super happy! Shipped fast, very well packaged. They plumped up quickly and fit my pillow shams without any sagging or bagging, and stand up without slumping when put on my sofa. Although they sink in a bit like memory foam, they are still firm and supportive on my back. The little extra fleecy pillow cover was nice. Will buy again! 8/24/2023 Well heck -- ordered two more pillows after the first two, and they came in a different colored box; one fluffed up immediately, and the other is still barely inflated 12 hours later. Returning that one and having it replaced. Have also noticed that on two pillows, there is a pea-sized harder lump -- maybe part of the manufacturing process? I can put that on the bottom of the pillows but you can definitely feel it through the sham. Not a deal breaker for me but very irritating, as these pillows aren't cheap! Very comfortable, when first pressed. Flattens while leaning back into it. I know that’s kind of the point (mold to your body), but would have liked it a bit more firm, so that the support would hold.

I ordered this is error, but it turned out to be fantastic. I was looking for a standard long pillow ( East West pillow) for a decorative pillow case but this is much more an orthopedic pillow. It's great perfect for lumbar , use on the couch. I can see this being great@ a computer desk. It's a perfect ivory color and I didn't need a separate pillow case. It comes with a stretchy velour case. Soft and good material. It's lost no firmness after 5 months. About buy again give as a gift. ... show more

I was having trouble finding a body pillow that doesn't overwhelm me (I'm petite at 5' 3" tall). They're so long at 47+ inches and this 12" x 32" memory foam pillow - not marketed as a body pillow - turns out to be just about perfect. It arrived very compressed but filled and fluffed out very quickly. The white cover that comes with it is heavenly soft, but I put it in a king size organic cotton pillow case that's a perfect fit, which I can easily throw in the wash. These are the pillow inserts you want if you’re looking for firm back support instead feather pillows that eventually go flat. These are actually plump and hold their form perfectly while providing excellent lumbar support. A few tips and tricks when you receive your pillow inserts: 1. Allow the pillows to unfurl and expand for 48 hours. They will look a little deformed right out of the package but be patient! They will expand to the perfect shape after two days. Trust the process! 2. Each pillow insert comes with a super soft washable protective cover. Put this cover on your pillow as soon as you take it out of the packaging. That way it will expand with the cover on and fill it out automatically. If you try to put the cover on after it’s fully expanded, you’re in for a wrestling match. 3. Wait until your pillows are mostly (but not fully) expanded before putting them into your decorative pillow cover. I put my covers on after 24 hours and then they filled the decorative cover perfectly over the next 24 hours. ... show more
