It's simple, small and light. Easy to read. Imperial and metric. It's not a fault of the device - but I wish it had been designed to be an exact length (2") instead it is marked exactly but there is a fraction of an inch that is unmarked. When measured it's an odd, unhelpful length. So you can't use it as a depth gauge or block. That would be an easy additional value to add. I noticed some folks complaining about accuracy - I don't see that. I matched it with a metal square and a metal ruler - it had exactly the same markings. I think for squaring things out or measuring in small spaces it'll work fine. ... show more

This is a lightweight aluminum triangle tool. It has precise 45 and 90 degree angles to aid in setup or assembly. The compact triangle is 0.6" thick by 2 .6" by 3 .6" It is compact and easily fits in your pocket. The triangle has multiple scales in both imperial and metric measurements. The triangle's finish is red anodized for a durable finish. The scales are embossed by bright white paint for high visibility. The edges are crisp but not sharp and are ideal for making layout lines. Don't give up your speed square, just yet, since this triangle lacks any degree markings on it. Other than that, this little triangle is perfect for simpler household tasks. Frex, making sure a shelf is square to bookshelf uprights, or measuring the gap between an item and the wall. It's sturdy, the print is legible (as long as you have light; white on red looks cool but isn't as legible as black on white or even white on black), and frankly it's kind of cute -- and it's definitely pocket-sized. One thing I'd like that might offset its petite size would be a magnet in one of those holes. Then I could stick it to the fridge or another metal surface so it's within easy reach when needed, instead of getting lost at the bottom of my tool box. Between easy misplacing and lack of degrees, it loses a point, but otherwise it's got some handy uses. ... show more

This is a simple 45/45/90 triangle with a few holes going through the center. It has a red satin finish which makes it easier to spot on a crowded workbench and provides a nice contrast for the white inch & millimeter markings. I measured it with my digital angle gauge, and the 45 and 90 degree corners were all within 0.1 degrees of what they should be; I think that's probably within the range of accuracy that I can achieve with that gauge. The inch and millimeter markings are scribed into the surface of the triangle, which should help them resist wear. The accuracy of those length measurements appears to be excellent as well. I'm very happy with this product. It will be handy for setting/verifying the blade angles on my table saw and band saw. ... show more
