Great machine! It delivers gym quality workouts and I’m over the moon as to its quality. The biggest downside is it’s very time consuming to assemble and there are only pictograms. No step one, step two, etc…my wife and I had to disassemble several steps and reassemble since no “order” was elaborated on. It took us about 12 total hours to assemble. Very nice machine after we spent 8-10 hours trying to assemble using very small and feint pictures of 100's of bolts, nuts washers etc. Not one word in the manual explaining anything

I had an issue with the shipping company delivering the Atlas Smith machine. Once Atlas was made aware of the problem they worked closely with me on resolving the issue. In todays day and age far to many company's would not have cared about the problem or say was not their fault. Atlas immediately took ownership and made the situation right.
