As other people have stated, the machine only worked for just over a month before dying. I got it in my head to try and repair the item then getting rid of it. Well, you need an extra long Philips screwdriver to remove most of the screws, but the company glued the last two screws behind the area to plug in cords, which was also glued down. Once I was finally able to open the device, the battery and pretty much everything else was glued! There is no saving this machine with how poorly it was assembled. It is so sad because it was so promising. Update: I was contacted by the seller, and received a replacement. I have had it for almost a month now and it works great, it charges with no problems and the sound quality is just unmatched. I did purchase a different speaker and it is not as good as this product. Would completely recommend this product, and if you have any issues please reach out to the company, the customer service was amazing as they addressed my concern and how they are addressing it so to improve their products. ... show more

Having a blast with these! Packed in our luggage to fly from FL to MA and share the fun with family. The Bluetooth works really good and allows you to work the crowd (haha). Battery life is great! Sound is great! Gonna break this baby out at pool parties soon too. One tiny thing I should mention is you seem to have to be really close to microphone for it to pick it up. Like lips on the foam. But it’s good for natural immunity! So there we go! Buy it! Great gift! Fun for all. Was for my son for Christmas but will be using all the time ... show more

So, I bought it for my daughter and her cousin. They absolutely adore it and honestly, it's the PERFECT gift.... Until the battery dies. The charger, which came with it, just doesn't fit. Seems like a standard C-tyoe. Either the whole for the charger port was cut slightly too small, or it wasn't supposed to come with a C-type charger. Either way, I unfortunately cannot charge this. The sound quality is great, the microphones come in cleann and clear, the girls are having a blast, and the spot to place a phone is a nice addition. Packaging was well done and protective and the delivery was speedy. This would have been a 5 star review from me, honestly. Edit : I decided I couldn't make it worse by playing with it once it died, which took FOREVER by the way. (That's a good thing) I went to remove what I thought was a face plate over the charger, I was going to try and find a way to cut it myself and glue it back on. Turns out, IT'S JUST A STICKER. So, I removed the sticker and now I can charge it! Still can't give the product a 5 star because now I have to clean off gross sticker residue. ... show more

I purchased this short of a year ago. It works great and does exactly what it is supposed to. However, I recently started having issues with one of the microphones. Everything else is fine, I'm just down one mic. I reached out to the seller and they attempted a few things to troubleshoot but it was unsuccessful. I am giving them a five star rating because they were responsive and tried to fix the problem. Also, after realizing there was nothing that could be done, without hesitation they offered a full refund. Honestly I even asked if I could just get a mic but they said it would be no problem for them to refund the purchase. They have now provided me with my money back. I really appreciate their customer service and the backing of their product. At the end of the day it was a win-win situation. I used this machine two times in total within a span of a month. I used it the first time with me and my partner. The battery lasted long and the audio is great. I used it again a week later, this time just hooking it up to Bluetooth and playing music for myself. I packed it back in its box and stored it away as it served its purpose. I took it out about 2 weeks later and it didn't turn back on. I plugged it up to an outlet, bought batteries, everything but nothing worked. Prior to purchasing I did see comments from people about this product saying it randomly stopped working, arrived broken/unusable, charging issues, etc. I was desperate and looking for a good time lol so I took the risk and Now I'm out of $100. I went to the troubleshooting section for this product and if any of the solutions they provided don't work, there's a selection at the bottom asking "Did this resolve your issue? If you click, "No" then "Try another resolution". It just exits you out lol... Very Shady. It's giving we know what's wrong with the machine, but you bought it at your own risk. I attached some photos as a further deterrent from this product. One of their troubleshooting selections is to: Reset your household circuit breaker. Turn OFF and unplug all the heavy appliances and devices connected on the same circuit as your karaoke system. Note: Heavy appliances can be refrigerators, freezers, water heaters, dishwashers, trash compactors, or air conditioners. Push the circuit breaker switch into the ON position to reset your circuit and restore the power supply. Note: You may need to contact a trained professional, if the circuit keeps tripping. ... If this isn't a BIG RED gaslighting FLAG to you then, idk what is because like come on now.... Positive note: I purchased this karaoke machine on May 21, 2023, and it arrives on May 23, 2023. What a great find! This little jewel is easy to use, sounds amazing, very easy to tote around, and provides literally hours of great fun for our family. We just use Spotify on a cell phone to find songs to sing with lyrics included! It even has a button to cut out the original singers voice if you want to just sing completely on your own. You can very faintly hear the original singer in the background if the person with the mic is not singing - easy to flip back and forth though. Charges quickly, holds a charge for hours, an is easy operate. Only thing I haven’t figured out yet is how to have both mics live at the same time for duets. Will ask my technically talented son to figure it out! If you have been looking for a great little Karaoke machine - buy it, you’re gonna love it!! ... show more
