The media could not be loaded. REVISING July 23, 2023 - Company immediately sent a replacement. Customer service was great. I asked specifically what will happen if the motor stops again in short order. I was assured can replace it. REVISING as of July 16, 2033 Very very disappointed. I loved this for 3 weeks. I bought a small metal table to set it on my porch. I used it daily & was conscientious to only have it on when I was on the porch using distilled H2O. Now only the lights work. I did call Amazon customer service and they are sending me a replacement. Customer service was helpful. I truly love this little fountain so my hope is that this item was a blip in quality control though I'm a bit fearful as I read others had similar issues. I was told that world the replacement not work I will also be able to return that. Fingers crossed. I'll update the new item as well after some use. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Well it's early but this is a perfect small porch enhancer. It lights and the water flow sounds so soothing. J.ust what I want for my back porch refuge where I spend A LOT of time. I'm going to add some color of my own with greenery but haven't got to that yet. I am mindful that owners must make sure that water is ample to keep the motor from burning out. My plan is to have it on when I'm on the (convered) back porch and then routinely turn it off when I go in. It takes a fraction under 2 gallons of water at capacity and I followed guidance to use distilled water. Happy owner. ... show more

I love this little fountain! I turn it on whenever I'm in the backyard and it's just a soothing background sound (I did use the trick someone suggested and plugged a small rock in at the top for a slightly louder sound). I keep hoping the birds will discover it but it hasn't happened thus far. Lastly, the lighting is wonderful at night - it's a perfect addition to our backyard and we are really enjoying it! ... show more

I love my new waterfall. It’s worked so well for the first few times but when I turned it on this morning the pump failed. No sound at all. I sent in a product help form so I’ll wait to see how that turns out. It has been working well and still lights up although it’s not very bright but then I really didn’t mind. It’s on a protected area of my deck so I love to hear the sound when I’m drinking my morning coffee outside. Hopefully it will work again soon. UPDATE.. this company worked very quickly to send me a new pump. I truly appreciate their customer service. They kept me updated the entire way. I would purchase from them again. ... show more

Make sure to put a little more water in it to hear the water sound. I add water every other day because of summer heat. Also buy the anti algae drops to keep it fresh. I do not run it 24 hrs…. Only when I’m on my patio…. At night…. It’s lovely.

We were about to return this fountain bc we could barely hear the water falls; then my husband put stones to somewhat block the water from running down the flat, angled sluices. PERFECT!! We can now enjoy the sound!
