I love this fountain! No, it's not super high quality but it's great for the price. Easy to assemble. Looks good in my yard. Sounds great! The birds like it too. I'm so glad I got it! Update: I've been enjoying this fountain for a few weeks now. Watching up to 8 little goldfinches at a time drink & bathe in this fountain brings me so much joy I had to change from 4 stars to five.     • Not so sturdy
This is very pretty but too wobbly. Goes sideways and the bottom big plate is not big enough all the water splashes out. Or better said, too much water splashes out so for that reason you have to add water once a day or more.

The birds love it! It's the centerpiece of our yard. Great color, like oxidized copper. Needs to be cleaned out less often than our previous one (in order to keep running). And a great price.

Update after a few days - the bottom bassoon isn't wide enough to prevent the water from splashing out and drying up. Even leveled, it will splash out on the lowest pump setting and you will have to put more water in every 10 hours. Simple to put together. Didn't come with the screws and washers like it's supposed to but luckily I saved the ones from the previous Alpine fountain that the raccoons broke. A little wobbly standing on its own but that's what happens when resin warms up in the sun. It has a very pleasant tranquil sound. I have the pump on the lowest setting so the water doesn't splash out and dry up the basin. The birds love it. ... show more

As advertised & came in 3 1/2 months ago, but fell over 2 weeks ago & the housing that holds the brass tube & holds the pump broke. I contacted customer service & they sent a whole new bird bath because they did not have parts! Great service & 5 stars.

It looks pretty. It is ok plastic. Assembly was ok but I think the treading on metal post in not correct so it does tighten well. When it works it is pleasing. Often the pump is running but no water flows . And sometime the pump is in hyper drive and it flows very well. It is not due to low water. I have reached out to manufacturer, and they have replied. I will see what outcome will be. But either way, it probably would have been easier to just return it to Amazon. 😞 if it had worked when assembled it would be good value for money. But currently just frustrating ... show more

The birds really do take baths in this and the Hummingbirds hover at the fountain to drink. All plastic easy to hose off and refill, not sure how meany years this will look good, but at this price it will last long enough.

Where do I begin? The thing is made of plastic, which I guess I missed when I first saw it listed, being so excited by the slashed price. I doubt it could withstand a brisk wind. The largest bowl has a terrible flaw in the paint, as if someone laid something odd-shaped inside the bowl that left a large gray stain (very obvious). The support pole is curved, so the bath appears to be leaning. The holes for the tiers are not drilled fully so they wouldn't fit down on the rod. The tiers are not centered once it's all together. The threaded recess inside the fish is not installed straight so the fish also leans, and it has an obvious jagged seam all along the center from the mold. If I had paid $25 for this item, I may have kept it and felt it was a "you get what you pay for" kind of thing, but at nearly $50, this is way overpriced. I doubt this item was EVER $169.99 ... show more
