    • Great Over-the-Counter Option
I have been wearing hearing aids for many years, and am currently using a very expensive option. Unfortunately, as with all things mechanical, they do need to be serviced/repaired from time-to-time which leaves me unable to hear. I got these as a backup to my "good" pair of hearing aids. I am pleasantly surprised that these work incredibly well, and have almost the same functionality as my incredibly expensive hearing aids! They are rechargeable, so no tiny batteries to deal with, and they stay charged all day even when using the bluetooth. Speaking of bluetooth, these have that capability, so I keep them connected to my phone at all times. I use the app to control them, and I am able to use them while on the phone which is a life changer. Although the bluetooth is a definite plus, I have lost connectivity a few times with these hearing aids. It's a bit of a nuisance when it happens, so I am mentioning it. The one thing I found a bit perplexing is that they recommend starting off slowly with these hearing aids, so you can get used to them. I think that is great advice, but they come out of the box set to the highest level. I found no warning, so that was a surprise. I really think they should be set to a much lower level! Back to some good stuff - they come with a variety of domes, so it is easy to get the right fit. This is essential for comfort as well as getting the correct hearing level. These also come with a cleaning kit. My super expensive hearing aids did not come with a cleaning kit, so I had to buy one seperately. Overall, I am very pleased with these hearing aids, and they stack up against my expensive hearing aids surprisingly well. I definitely recommend them! ... show more

    • App Control is a Game Changer
App control with these is a game changer. My elderly mother has trouble using the tiny buttons on hearing aids of this type. Being able to change volume and switch through presets is a world of difference.

This is a fantastic hearing device set that is completely rechargeable and programmable via app. You can clearly see the quality in these versus some others. You have the extra rubber pieces for the ears and you have the charging cable that connects to the case. The clarity is good, and it works as intended.
