This product arrived in two boxes so don’t panic like I did when only one box arrives! It was easy to put together, two friends did it for me. It was like a jigsaw puzzle they didn’t really consult the manual. It has heat, massage from your legs to your head and a variety of timed massaging points and massage options! It lays flat so you can sleep in it and stands in order to reduce the muscles you have to use in order to get up. It also has pockets on both sides to place the dual operating remotes as well as a double port usb charger. I had surgery and until this chair was put in place I did not get enough sleep.     • Chair stopped working!

I bought this chair for my 92 year old father with heart failure. The chair is nice. However, it stopped working right after the return window ended. I unplugged and replugged all the connections, but the chair won’t recline and won’t raise to standing position. It’s outside the return window and there isn’t a clear way to report that this product is defective. I want the seller to fix or replace with a chair that does work. If neither option is possible, then I’ll need a full refund so I can buy him one that will work consistently. I’ve given it one star because the chair is useless at this point. ... show more

Lumbar bar sticks out too far to lie comfortably on it, I had to use two pillows to cover it up.I had total hip replacement needed it to sleep in for a few weeks and cant use it.It i ok to sit in a little wobbly and looks nice just not comfortable to sleep or recline on ... show more
