These resistance bands are great for those needing something a bit stronger. As someone who travels a lot, I needed something easily portable that would also give me a good workout, and these bands meet those needs. However, I did notice that the difference between the two strongest bands (blue and green) seems to be minimal, and they lose some resistance after being stretched about three-quarters of the way. I bought these for a high school PE class. They held up surprisingly well, but they're very long. These are more suitable for foot to hand/ foot to should workouts.
