We have one of these in every bathroom for our echo dots and mini echo shows. Such a game changer. I hated the cords, but we loved having the shows and dots in the bathroom. They sit high enough on the outlet that I can plug my blow dryer in the bottom socket. I was worried about that. They are so easy to install and there is a little compartment to hide the wires. This shelf is very sturdy and works well with an Apple HomePod Mini. The cable management tray is fantastic and results in a clean look. The directions are reasonably clear and set up is pretty straightforward. The only con is that the fit and finish is OK but not great. There is no texture on the plastic parts so all of the tooling marks from the production process show. Mine is white so perhaps this shows more than the black model would. My shelf has a slight but visible gap where it meets the wall panel. So, I would say it is a good fit for a standard power outlet near the floor but I would hesitate to use this on a countertop. ... show more

I love the device and the orientation seen here. This is the echo device, larger and more sound..there’s some over lap. I love it because it doesn’t interfere with the ledge above. I love this product because you can hide the cords so I don’t have to fight with the cord, dangling all the time where it looking unkempt on my countertop. The cord has a hidden compartment where it can roll up and hide and you don’t have to worry about it anymore, but it will still give you space and its hold really well. It took a lot of brute force to install the shelf on the brackets. Poor manufacturing. I can't really use the "cable management" with the 3-in-1 octopus cord I was planning to use. I damaged it during the install, so I'm stuck with it.

The metal plate wasn't the exact color of the plastic, but it wasn't bad like I had seen others. My walls are cream so it doesn't bother me anyway. The first thing I'd like to say is that this thing is sturdy. I really had to push to get the shelf on it. That being said, thick cords do not work well with how shallow the cord holder area is. I could only fit one electric toothbrush cord inside. I'm not sure how the middle part is supposed to work either. Probably not for thick cords as well. I had to have my husband help hold the cord so that I could close the lid. Overall I'm pretty happy with it though. It got my toothbrushes off of the counter and it looks a lot better. My pictures are of the shelf, my finger showing about how big the wire holder part is, and of the inside. ... show more
