I thought I drank plenty of water everyday. I even bring a glass of bed and have it on my nightstand. But.... I've since discovered that just because I bring a water bottle with me throughout the day and a glass on my nightstand, this doesn't mean I actually drink a lot of water. The first day I used this water bottle, I was embarrassed to realize that at about 4pm I was only at about 9:30 am on my water bottle. I've I saw this, I started chugging the rest of the evening and finished my night probably around 6pm on my bottle. So I almost caught up. I've been loving how this bottle encourages me to drink more water, so I'm using it everyday so far. I have other water bottles that I think are prettier or I've been used to using them, but this is honestly really nice having the marks to keep me on track. Right now it's after 6pm and I'm just after 4pm on my bottle. I know I need to catch up, and with this bottle I know exactly how much I need to drink to do that. As for a sports water bottle, it's a great quality material, has an easy to drink from lid that locks securely, but unlocks easily, and a loop handle top take it along easily anywhere you go. You can clip it on your backpack for a hike or take it to the gym. It fits in my car cup holder and I take it everywhere with me. I'm hand washing mine so the lettering lasts longer, but when they're gone, I'll definitely get another. ... show more

A well made 32oz water bottle. Made out of BPA free plastic, it says it can handle hot and cold liquids. It came in a translucent green and has 6 markings for hydration purposes. Marked from 8am til 1pm. It has a large mouth making it easy to fill with liquid and ice. The lid has a lock on it which secures the button which releases the spring loaded cover. The opening that you can drink or pour from is 3/4" across, so the flow rate is good. It also comes with a wrist strap, which is detachable and also a cleaning brush to swab out the interior of the bottle. The total diameter of the bottle is about 2 3/4". It's a good durable bottle that can take a few drops without leaking. Another nice touch is that the top has a silicone band so removing is easy. If 32 oz is the right capacity for your needs, I'd recommend this bottle. ... show more

I ordered this motivational bottle in the "Taro Purple" color. It arrived in a nice box, suitable for gifting (and easy gift-wrapping). It came with a carrying strap, instructions and a foam bottle brush for cleaning. I love the two-tone Ombré effect on the semi-transparent bottle! This bottle is made from a BPA-free food grade Tritan material. The time markings and motivational sayings printed on the bottle let you know exactly how much water you have been drinking. The idea is to drink TWO of these bottles every day between 8 :00 AM and 7:00 PM, refilling around 1:00 or 1:30 PM. The convenient carrying strap allows you to hang from gym equipment or carry it around your wrist while walking. It is 100% leakproof (provided, of course, that you have the lockable lid secured). I’m reviewing the Mevoly Water Bottles, 32oz Motivational Sports Water Bottle with Time Marker… I own multiple stainless steel water bottles in various sizes BUT I’m not at my hydration goal and I think my problem is “I need to see the water to remind myself to drink water” and this bottle being see-through helps a lot. I like the wider chug mouth piece, the lid is a one touch operation (it makes it easy to take sips even when I’m driving). The time markers on the bottle is my reminder and for the past 2 days I’m showing improvement on my water consumption. The bottle looks great and water tastes great (there’s NO smell and NO taste emitting from the bottle), lockable lid is a must so it prevents spills. It came with a bonus sponge brush, and by the way, don’t use any bristle brush to scrub the inside of the bottle because any deep scratches can harbor bacteria. I really enjoy using this water bottle! I didn't expect to like it so much, because it's a lot taller than my old bottle, but it's comfortable to hold and the carry strap is convenient. The spout is also larger than the one on my previous bottle but it's still easy to drink from, and I've been able to refill it through the spout a few times when I only had one hand free and wasn't able to take the lid off. The spring loaded cap is a nice feature and makes one-handed drinks easy, while also being very secure and watertight. This is my daily water bottle now that goes everywhere with me and I haven't had any leaks, plus it's definitely encouraged me to drink more water. I would purchase this again, but it's really durable so far so I don't know if I'll need another water bottle any time soon! ... show more
