I had this computer for a whole 24 hours before it started bugging out the fan malfunctioned had an internal error and the sound card doesn’t work. I wanted so badly to be a proud owner of an Alienware computer, spent $2,000 even got the matching mouse keyboard and headphones was so excited and now this happens I guess I’ll just keep using my $500 hp laptop works way better than this giant hunk of junk. I should have listened to the reviews but I was stubborn and impulsive and now I’m living in a world of regret ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t had the pc for very long, but it’s a beast. It preforms great, I’ve been able to run my games on max settings with high fps. No matter what game you want to play, this computer can run it on max settings with smooth gameplay. The pc fans run quiet while gaming. Only thing that holds it back is the 16gb of ram included with the pc. Sixteen gigs is fine for the most part. When playing on high settings, it’s recommended to have more ram storage. This is an awesome computer. The only issue i had was it missing updates when I got it. I had to call Dell to figure out why my fans weren't turning off (there's an update for it) other than that I love it. Noise level is good. Memory is good.
