I had this computer for a whole 24 hours before it started bugging out the fan malfunctioned had an internal error and the sound card doesn’t work. I wanted so badly to be a proud owner of an Alienware computer, spent $2,000 even got the matching mouse keyboard and headphones was so excited and now this happens I guess I’ll just keep using my $500 hp laptop works way better than this giant hunk of junk. I have had it hooked up for 3 days or so and guess what it does not power on anymore. I called tech support and have been round and round for to long. I am going to return it.
