After 3 months of use, this is still the best investment we could have made! Super easy to set up, I mean it was basically plug and play! We use it at least once per day. We are two average tall people and three is fine but 4 is quite cramped. It does take 24 hours to heat up, so we just leave it on. It holds well at 104, it's HOT! We don't even need bubbles, because the bubbles cools down the water pretty quick. We have purchased replacement filters, but found that a good thorough scrubbing can make the filter last a couple of weeks instead of weekly. I have grain chlorine that I add occasionally, when the strips say I need it. But the water is super clear! The electrical bill might be a bit more, but it's totally worth it.     • Doesn't heat past 99 degrees. Trash product.
Complete garbage. I read the many bad reviews stating these hot tubs would not heat up properly among many other negative things. Yet it was over 100 dollars cheaper than comparable sized inflatable spas. So I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. HUGE MISTAKE. The set up is easy enough, it does inflate itself and was easy to set up. However, after 4 straight days of continuous "heating" my spa never reached a temperature of even a measly 100 degrees. After trouble shooting everything possible and getting no help what so ever from Aleko themselves I decided to return the product which is just as big of a hassle. I have to pay the shipping for a 65 pound package which will essentially mean I just eat the cost of Alekos garbage product not working as it should. I've seen plenty of reviews from others having the same problem. I do not recommend this worthless spa, invest in something more expensive and reputable instead of wasting your time and money. ... show more

I read all the reviews and was super torn about the product. The price was irresistible. So far amazing. Great fit, 6 person so lots of room, easy as pie set up by myself, heated to max with cover on in 24hrs. I did get a multi outlet circuit breaker strip to plug it into instead of directly to my outlet, because i have an older house and didn’t want a melted outlet like I saw in one of the reviews. I love how the motor is built into the side instead of a big extra box that I’ve had in the past. So far so good, definitely worth the price i paid!! Thank you🩵 ... show more

This is set up outside in an enclosed space on a patio. The hot tub heats well once going, I recommend filling with hot water if you want it to get hot faster- once hot. It’s remained hot in our over night lows of 40. It did get two leaks in the first 48 hours. So sweep, sweep again, blow, sweep again. It weighs approximately 1200lbs when full- so truly princess and the pea. The bubbler works great. The cover works well and can lock. Ours did not come with patch glue. Chemicals are hard to balance at first. Take your time. Filter system isn’t as you would think, waaaay simpler. The filter also doesn’t creat any “swirling” effect. Maybe minor movements to just pull a little water through. be careful that when you put the water in, the tub does get wider. Also the drain does not connect to a standard hose - I had to create a syphon to get water out. All the attachment areas are on the long side(didn’t work great for our setup). All in all good little tub. I have a good score just highlighted the challenges. For the money (1/4-1/6 the price of a hard side hot tub) it is worth a try. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First it is pretty heavy in a small box. It is well packaged and comes with a storage carry bag. It also comes with a cover for the pool when its not in use to keep debris from falling into the water. The quality of material is very thick and heavy duty, making it feel durable. Installation was very simple and the instructions were clear except it missed a small little step. It has a built in air pump that is used for bubbling the water as well as inflating the tub. Inflating was very simple with just a hose that connects to the main control unitl/pump and the air port which has a valve for easy inflation. There was a step that states to install the filter to the inlet port, But it did not say that there were 2 filters to install. Once inflated it feels very sturdys and holds its form very well. The controls are very simple to operate. The bubble and heat are just a button to press. Temperature can be adjusted to desired temp. ... show more
