I saw quite a view negative comments on this and I wanted to add our review because in the past 3 weeks we’ve had this, we love it! It was a great deal, easy to assemble, easy to maintain, does not leak, or deflate. The jets are great. It gets super warm, we’ve even had to turn it down. The temperature does seem to be a few degrees higher than what it really is, not a big deal. It took about 5 hours to fill, then about 24 hours to get to 98°. We will turn the heater off during the week and it stays at 80-85° and takes about an hour to heat back up. We got the 4-6 person size and we have plenty of room for the 2 of us! ... show more

    • Heater quit working after three months
I bought this on April 28, 2024. As of three days ago, the heater quit working on it. I just happen to be within my 180 days. They want to replace the heater, but do I really want to do that because will the same thing happen with this one. Too much of a chance to take after paying $500 for this. The company that makes this product couldn’t tell me if the new heater would start with the new 180 days or if it would just continue from the one that’s already quit. So I score a refund they tell me I am out of the window for a refund. What a product That is faulty. Oh I no apology not I’m sorry not anything point sorry you’re out of the window for a refund.? What kind of customer service is that after just three months! I was weary about buying this after reading some of the reviews but I thought OK. Well things happen.     • Redesigned Hot Tub
This is our 4th inflatable hot tub. They have typically only lasted 2-3 summers. I'm a vigilant inflatable hot tub owner and clean the filters, skim the debris, use the treatments, keep it covered, and take it down mid-September before it gets cold. That being said ours always fails with a filter error code and that's the end. This time I noticed Aleko's version. Upgrades and improvements appear to address ongoing issues with the filters. (We’ve only had this one up 2 weeks so…) PROS: The pump is built into the tub itself so it is much quieter, especially with the bubbles on. It also doesn’t take up as much room and looks more streamlined. No more bulky egg sitting next to it. Set up was SOOOO much easier. This one also came with filter socks which makes me think they understand the filter problems. At first, I didn’t like the solar cover bc it’s hard to cover and uncover but after seeing how much it holds the heat in and the less the heater has to run, I have adapted with a new technique. CONS: The mat that is included is very thin so we used our previous hot tub mats. I don’t think it would be very comfortable if we hadn’t. It also didn’t come with a chlorine floater but we used our last one. The material it’s made of doesn’t seem as strong but so far so good. We’ve been pleased with the new design, so far, and hope it holds up longer than our previous ones. ... show more

Honestly, I got no complaints about this inflatable hot tub! It works amazing, the power jets are good. Setup was just like they said, super simple. Keeping the chemicals balanced is a breeze as well. Cleaning and moving it are no problem. Overall, it's a great buy for anyone wanting a little spa experience at home. ... show more

    • Nice inflatable hot tub
Setting it up is easy, don't need tools. The material feels really durable, can adjust its temperature, jets are strong enough, give a nice massage. The size is nice for my family of four, and we all fit in comfortably.

I am 60 and set the hot tub up by myself. The inflation went very quickly and it’s really comfortable with no added seats or head rests (I’m 4’11”).

So, the setup was quick. Came with 3 filters, requires 2 the 3 is a bonus. Cover, check. Fills fast, put it up this morning and he jumped in immediately. I will enjoy tonight after the heat lessens so I can try out the heat and jets. I'll be back in 30 days with update.
