Has outlasted my aggressive chewing foster pups. They chewed through 3 collars and 2 harness on their freedom ride. They play and I see them biting on these and haven't seen and real damage. One down side I do see hanging strings that I have to keep cutting off like it's unraveling think it might be the Velcro on the collars. I like that it Velcro holds the collar on if they pop the latch while playing. I guess them being able to pop the latch isn't good but there is a safety net. ... show more

A lot of Velcro but I love it makes her look more of a working dog and I think it gave her and I more confidence on walks haha it’s pretty sturdy and little more on the thicker side but has padding on the inside and where the buckle is so doesnt look discomforting for her!

Kind of hard to write a review on a new dog collar but I'll try. Shipping was quick but delivered to wrong address even though there are specific instructions on where to deliver but that is Amazon. Collar was well wrapped and seems to be of good quality. Easy to adjust and it appears to be what was listed, no surprises. It seems to be a good value but only time will tell if the collar holds up to use. My last collar from a different company made it a yr before the metal locking mechanism broke and the collar fell off. Luckily my dog was in the house and we weren't walking in the park. I wanted to replace our original collar with a new red one. It's made very similar, however the velcro is very weak and there is less of it. I really like the velcro for back up incase the clip breaks.

I don’t understand why or how it keeps falling off of him. It’s nice, I like the material. Heavy duty. But why!! Does it come off he has had it on for a little over a week and it collects hair so it looks gross. Have cleaned it twice already.
