I love to use these clips to help me remove my nail polish easily. I just use regular nail polish but hate removing it. All I have to do is put some nail polish remover on a thin nail polish removal cotton pad, wrap it around my nails, put the clips on, wait a couple of minutes, then it just slides right off. I have owned other clips similar to these, but my cat stole some. So, I thought I would try these. They were the cheapest I found but the quality is excellent. I haven’t used these to take off my toenail polish, but I’m sure that it would work well. I use these with a cotton ball dipped in baby oil to soften the cuticles on my toenails. It works really well. I am very careful when using these because I have read reviews where they said that they have broken. I have not had any break on me yet. I paid $5.48 for the set not including tax or shipping. I bought these clips primarily to remove regular nail polish from my toenails. Thankfully, none of the toenail clips arrived broken. The traditional method to manually rub my toenails with a remover soaked pad is very uncomfortable for me. I was able to comfortably use all of the clips earmarked for the toenails, and sit and relax while I kept them on for 5-10 min. I barely felt the clips on my toes, but they were secure. They didn't move unless I moved them. The polish was gummy and easily wiped off except for the crevices where the sides of the nails meet the skin. But that polish was still soft and moist and easily removed with a wooden cuticle pushing/cleaning stick. One of the fingernail clips was broken upon receipt. The clips are not properly protected for shipping. They're only packaged in a plastic ziploc baggy which looked pretty beat up when I unpackaged it from the shipping container. The fingernail clips are longer than the toenail clips. My fingernails are not very long so I can use one of the toenail clips for the broken one. This workaround most likely won't be practical if one's fingernails are long. ... show more

Where have these been all of my life? Used them to remove about 10 coats of toenail polish (slapped new polish on top of old when I was in a hurry one day 😬) even 2 coats of glitter polish! These clips held the soaked cotton balls on my toenails perfectly!!! I will never remove polish without these again. ... show more
