I had to replace my calipers on my car and I figured I’d replace pads and rotors while I’m at it. These akebono pads fit and feel great on my 2011 Camry LE. These aren’t that expensive and as far as I’m concerned these are the best pads on the market. I will definitely buy these again when I need another brake job! ... show more

One pad had a slight inconsistency on one of the tabs that rides in the brake caliper. After comparing to factory shoes I saw it had an extra bump of material. After doing some light sanding pad fit and function good. Quiet brakes

    • No more squealing, rubbing or clicking
I bought a pair of cheap ceramic brakes a couple of years ago for my 2010 toyota camry and it made annoying rubbing noises. Thinking that it was underlubricated, I tried adding more grease but it showed no improvement. Later it started clicking every time I engaged the brakes. Fed up, I listened to Scotty Kilmer and got myself a pair of Akebono pads and Immediately I felt the difference. These pads are way more quiet! The rubbing sound that plagued me went away. Here's a tip, use the grease they provide. Its not a whole lot, but just enough to grease the back of the pads and contact points. You have to use your own caliper pin grease, but I'm sure you were already expecting that. Good brakes and worth every penny! ... show more
